Terrible service. Rude staff. I ordered something from hallmark ship to store for free and they gave me a call to pick it up. I came two days later to do so and they freaking gave it away to someone else! And were reluctant to look into their mistake. They “reordered” the item for ship to home. Then it was out of stock and no one bothered to notify me the order had been cancelled nor refund me. I had to do all the legwork. Ridiculous. No wonder so many hallmark gold crown stores have gone out of business.
