Literally the best bakery in town. Staff are also very welcoming and friendly.

Hours of operation are really weird and the produce is inconsistent. The staff are really friendly (to the point that one of the ladies followed after us when she forgot to put an onion in our bag) and the bakery has delicious scones. Its the place to go for local products and few produce items (no green vegetables) but not the place to go if your low on monthly groceries.

Finest pastries in town. Very sweet owners. Feels very European and delightfully decadent. Love this shop.

They have some hard to find items and most are from local people. Always friendly and if they dont have an item or know an answer to a question they try hard to get it for you. I love all the forms of local honey they have!

I showed up when they were supposed to be open but they werent.

The lady working today was very friendly and let me sample a goose egg of the half dozen she had just bought. I got home and found out they are 4 times as nutritious as chicken eggs!!! The store smelled wonderful and I will definitely be a regular shopper here!!

An esoteric local food store in the heart of downtown Lafayette. Expensive - yes. Few selections - yes. But made up for by the off-the-beaten-path items. There is a delicious, local and yes, expensive, bakery inside - Scones and Doillies.

Great place to walk to for quick groceries. Can find all your necessities, but it will end up being a bit spendy. The produce is always phenomenal.

Consistently inconsistent hours of operation. Today was the final straw. Hours are posted for 12:00. All lights off, sign turned to closed as of 12:55. On driving past it, sign turned to open, so we park and come back only to find the door locked and a sticky note saying back at 1:30. Was open long enough to close again. This is not the first time the posted were seemingly optional.Call before you drive for it.
