This is such a great store. The layout is understandable and its nice and clean/bright. But mostly, the employees make this place a pleasure to shop at. Just got laid off from my job, and one of the cashiers perked my spirits up with a wonderful conversation. Every interaction with employees here has been a blessing. Thanks for being so great!

I have 3 kings Soopers close to my house this store is the furthest away but for the last 11 years I have been shopping here. I have never been so frustrated in all that time - I will Never return to this store. If I was a girl it may have gone differently.One day I come in they have certain rules the next day I wasn’t allowed to go into the store I was stopped at the door and told I am not allowed inside - I came with my dog yesterday and all the employees were petting him saying how cute he was - today stopped at the door. The security guard said that has always been the rule.Well maybe someone should tell the rules to their own employees.

Very friendly people at this location. I happen to need some fresh flowers and they always have great selection of flowers. Im in the service business and know it inside and out. If we all need to wear masks then the lady that is security at the door needs to wear one too! I work here and I know to wear one! I saw her go into the store without one after she tells me to put mine on when I was just getting out of my jeep! I hate wearing the mask but for respect for others I wear it!

This King Sooper believes it customers should be servants, or unpaid workers. Slaves? I dont know. Every time I come here they have 1 register open and 40 people in line for self checkout. Six employees walked past me while I stood in line for 15 mins to pay for my 1 item. Am I supposed to believe none of those employees can work a register? Ill drive to a King Sooper in another town before I go in this one again.

Not enforcing the countys mask mandate for customers, I saw 3 groups without masks walk right by the guard without a word. If youre immune compromised you may not feel safe shopping here.

I have been doing pick up at the king soopers for a year and a 1/2 until they switched recently to a new app I have no problemsHowever since they switch to the new app I get charged twice for my groceries every weekAfter 5 days 1 of the charges drops off my account however during those 5 days I am without a 125 or a $150I also shop at Walmart target other places and I do not have that problem I get charged for what I buyI contacted customer service and they said they cant help how m Long it takes my bank to put money back well why is it being taken out twice in the 1st place

This King Soopers always has a lot of customers, with good reason. I have never had issues with any product I have gotten here, and the staff are very kind and professional.

Friendly helpful staff. The new sushi section is wonderful. Great selection of items. I rarely find that items are not in stock. The store could use some updating compared to the new store in Erie. Ive been coming to this store since it opened so I know it is not that old.

I have been trying to get a prescription for the last 5 days. Then Im told it will be filled yesterday. Then by 2pm today. Now its 4:45 and it still isnt filled. OMG

This store as well as other King Soopers need help badly!! Only 2 check out lines available plus self checkouts on a busy Sunday afternoon.

Its far from perfect, but they generally have what Im looking for. (There have been periodic shortages of some things in recent months, but Im sure this is due to covid supply chain issues.) The store is kept clean and produce is generally good (though not always great). The staff are not always very helpful or friendly, which is my biggest gripe. Still, Id much rather go to this store than other alternatives in the area.

Good quality food and selection. The building does not get cell reception, so download your shopping lists before going inside.

This is my main grocery shopping store and while most staff are friendly and there a good selection, the deli counter is always a poor experience for me. This morning (Jan 25) I waited several minutes for service and finally noticed a man standing in the back with headphones on and on his phone. I called out politely a few times and realized he couldn’t hear me. So I found someone in the bakery to go get him. He was pretty rude to me during our interaction and generally seemed annoyed that I would bother him. I too work in a grocery store and I would never treat a customer this way, and it’s embarrassing how long folks have to wait at the counter for someone to notice.

Will not be coming back. Blondie at self checkout very rude and unwelcoming

The deli takes forever to slice meat. There are usually a handful of people behind the counter, but it definitely doesn’t seem like a teamwork environment because they always leave one person to deal with the customers. Easily spend 20 minutes waiting for lunch meat.

Unprofessional. Cashier Donna cursed at me and voided everything which I asked for 1 item specifically telling her which one too.

Two stars bc most of the employees are nice and they have a pretty good selection of natural and organic food. The disturbing thing is every time we shop at night the people stocking the shelves are either not wearing masks or wearing masks with their noses exposed. We complained to the checker who said they know better and he would talk to them. We happened to mention this to a neighbor and she was there the same night a few hours earlier and witnessed a customer having an argument with one of them bc he was upset that she was not wearing a mask. I emailed the customer comment section on the website. It says they respond within 48 hours but have not heard back. The ironic thing is they continually play an announcement stating that everyone needs to wear a face covering yet some of their own employees won’t wear one. I talked to a friend who told me she has never seen this at the store in Louisville so we are going to start shopping there. It would be nice to get some kind of response to my email complaint.

Terrible store! DO NOT ORDER ONLINE FROM THIS PLACE! I ordered some items online at 4pm, pickup for 9pm. I get there at 9pm to be told that my items are out of stock! Well, thank you for wasting my time and NOT CONTACTING ME! I said I would take substitutions and NONE were offered. Just go across the street to Wal-Mart.

I used King Soopers shopping service for the first time, where your groceries are delivered to you in the parking lot, and I was very happy with it. I had a pretty big list and there was only one item they didnt have. The $4.95 service charged was waived, and the clerk said that the first three service charges are waived.

Good enough super market for a quick run with a good selection

Bought steaks for Farhers Day. They were suppose to be choice grade. Cooked on grill the right amount of time. But couldnt eat them. They were tough as leather. I couldnt even stick a fork in them. So disappointed and mad. Im tired of being ripped off. Yesterday my son picked up Dover sole fish at KS it was paper thin and could not eat it.

Has everything you need, curbside pickup and delivery.

Some great employees and a good store to shop at. Consider paying your employees a bit more they do a good job.

Review for specifically the pharmacy:They gave my prescription to another family member (someone I dont even live with) and made this mistake even after I told them to put a note in my profile that says Im the only person allowed to pick up my medication.Also gave me false information about side effects.The pharmacists/technicians also consistently hang up on me, send me to other departments and place me randomly on hold.Choose a different pharmacy

Over the last couple of years, the store has really gone downhill. Its not clean. They have stopped stocking much of the organic produce they used to have. The are often out of basic items, like milk. Lafayette is a growing community, we need a clean, well-stocked and maintained store.

Friendly staff; smaller store size sometimes means limited selection. Checkout lanes often close around 9pm, leaving self checkout as the only option.

Clean store, friendly staff and decent prices. Their produce is very good. You need to use a loyalty card to get the listed prices but you can load digital coupons to your card and theyre automatically used at check-out.

Busy day at the store, snowy outside. The store was clean and well-stocked despite the conditions. The store was well-staffed to handle it! On a sidenote, I overheard an intercom message let the staff know that there was still pizza available in the conference room. I only mention this to say, the a well-taken-care-of team usually provides better service to its guests! Good job!

Not a bad place to hang out. Just be careful of the Lafayette gangs. Theyre not very predictable in the winter. Dont let your grandmother come here by herself. The natives dont know how to drive.

I really like this grocery store for its convenience, and availability of gas. The appeal of the store is great on the West side by the produce, which is where I spend most of my time. However, the isles of food otherwise give me a feeling of being overstocked for the masses. Maybe a bit more finesse on the East side of the store would make it more attractive overall.

2 check out lanes is not enough. Ive spent more time in line than it took me to shop. Unacceptable

We always shop King Soopers when we are headed to the mountains for snacks a d supplies. They love us ever though we only use our King Soopers card once a year. PAY ATTENTION cause this is the good part.... in all the excitement of checking out I misplaced my wallet at the check stand. When we got to the gas station and my wallet was missing I had a full blown panic attack. Leaving for a week long ski vacation and I lost my cash and credit cards drivers license before we even got started. I raced back to the store The good folks at King Soopers found it and had it locked in the safe. Made my day, made my week... probably the Good Samaritan event of the year! THANK YOU KING SOOPERS 287 Layfayette! You have my eternal gratitude.

Conveniently located King supers that’s a small well organized store, and has a gas station too. Pretty good selection of organic produce. Usually very busy. Very helpful staff.

I like to come here to grab a quick lunch which is usually hot, fresh and already waiting. I also like to search their clearance section (which usually has some great bargains on top of King Soopers already low prices). Use the self scan for a quick check out.

I have been wary of cashier customer service at the Lafayette King Soopers. Wary of anything in Lafayette. The store, is always disarray, overnight shelving never completed, boxes and trash debris down aisles and in areas of hazard to safety that actually blocks merchandise from purchase. What kind of managers are being employed who show inconsistent value. Rudest stock clerks and I have routinely have had the fuel station attendant attempt to charge me gas at a pump before the the car owner has a chance to get to the counter to make their purchase. They are terrible.

Nice, local King Soopers. A refreshing change from some of their larger stores. Great selection of local and organic foods, staff is really great too.

Been a pharmacy customer for 15 years, and finally have decided to leave. It has been going down hill for months now. Beware of the drive-thru - if it isnt closed, the new setup is horrible. Just go inside. Also dont trust the prescription ready notices. After three months of coming in and them not being ready, I have had it. Used to work great, but they clearly dont care. I talked to the Pharmacist about these issues, and she didnt care, very disappointing. I hate to leave after all these years, but they dont deserve my business.

This location sells spoiled products and they lie to your face!! I purchased a pint of ice cream that I regularly get and this particular pint was spoiled. It had a very distinct spoiled milk taste. I asked customer service what I could do and they said to bring it in and it would be no problem refunding it. Well I did just that and was turned away. Beware of a store who does not safely store and handle frozen produce and does not do anything to protect their customers.

Santiago V was our cashier. Zachary was our bagger. They were both very efficient, professional and friendly. They made our shopping experience a very pleasant one.

This is a convenient location for me and all the employees are very nice and helpful, but I dont think they monitor their produce turnover very well. I was there last night and encountered slimy sweet potatoes, extremely wrinkly grapes, moldy blueberries, and rotting onions.

Great selection, but always so slow when it comes to checkout. I have yet to go here & NOT have to bag my groceries. I have done the self checkout with a basket full of groceries & still got out quicker than those still waiting in line.

Staff arent exactly amazing and in the cust service area you can wait up to 20 min. No idea where they all went to. I waited 10 minutes near headphones and no one came. Its a good King Soopers but the staff are a bit lazy.

This store is a disaster!! I have been to many KS in colorado since I moved here in 86. This is by far the worst store Ive ever been too. Whatever you do.. Do Not go to this store in the early mornings if you need to grab more than a couple items do to the fact the will not have any check out lanes open! You will have to scan and bag everything yourself! If by chance you are able to have them open a lane for you they may scan it but you will steal have to bag everything yourself while they stand there and watch you! There are a couple of very nice checkers there but there mostly in the evenings. The CC are pretty great and very helpful and egar to make your shopping experience a good one.. Namely Isaiah K. And Brian and a kid name Randall there pretty great at there job always respectful and friendly! They are only evening help thou you will not find them in the mornings. If you find yourself there in the early mornings and need help look for a girl by the name of Valerie. Shes great and will help you with whatever you need. The manager Eric is very rude and I have witnessed him being a bully and he is not helpful at all and he will inherently pass the buck ( work) off to a CC if you ask him for something. So after shopping here almost daily for a year I will be taking my business to the Safeway in Erie.

Maybe its just me but I could not find any logic to where the fruit juice was as far as relative location to other drinks. Other than that, a well stocked King Soopers that has most of anything an average American family would buy.

This KSs level of service has gone way down hill since the Erie big store opened. It seems like they are running understaffed. Tonight, with a good number of shoppers at 8p, only self serve checkout was available. Even the staff person had some difficulty running my full size order through the self checkout.

Rude employees of my life I went in to buy lottery tickets for my dad I’ve never bought one before all I said was I want the one for tonight the lady told me there was one for $2 one for $3 one had a piler one didn’t again I don’t know what that means so I said give me one of each went to go check out and my total was $25 I was beyound confused and asked if I had I only 2 tickets she said yes so I thought maybe it was a really expensive tax again I wouldn’t know went to give them to my dad and he asked why I bought a $20 ticket along with the $2 and $3 dollar one he told me that the $20 wasn’t even for tonight so the incompetent employee sold me 3 tickets when I asked for 2 and the $20 one she never mentioned the price of wasn’t even for tonight which again I said I only wanted the one for tonight and again she told me I only had 2 tickets I went back and she’s was beyond rude and another old employee with possible bad lip injections kept chiming in saying that I “bought it deal with it” “you bought it yeah you bought three” when the first employee admitted that it was her mistake but refused to do anything about it I asked her if I only bought two tickets and she kept saying yes again so I asked her why I had a 3rd and she said that I “wanted the third ticket” how do I want the third TWENTY DOLLAR ticket when you’re continuing to say you only sold me 2?? The problem was solved when a third really nice employee agreed with what was clearly wrong and refunded me the $20 in under 30 second all while the bad lip filler employee was yelling at an elderly man over lottery tickets he was trying to buy (no surprise)

Customer service hours are not posted on king soopers website, nor are the hours for the money center. They are only posted on google, and on moneygrams website, which both say 10pm very clearly.In the past, I have picked up moneygram at a different king soopers location, and on that occasion I first went to walmart at 9:15p THINKING they closed at 10p, and was legitimately incorrect. They, however, told me to go to the king soopers that happened to be across the street. I was surprised to find THAT king soopers customer service legitimately open until 10p, as well as moneygram and western union both.At this king soopers, however, upon showing the posted hours online (10p) to the front of house manager at 9:15: Our customer service has closed at 9pm for the last 20 years.Sure it has.

Easy access if in a wheelchair or scooter. KS has scooters with carts too. Friendly folks ready to help

Great selection, never had anything out of date. Customer service is great. Has a bank, a mini clinic, a holistic medicine store, a Starbucks, and an amazing pharmacy.

They were really friendly especially considering I was using my super card on my cell phone.

Store is always clean. I had one issue there and that was at the deli. I waited 7-8 minutes people were coming and going behind counter. I said excuse me and was just ignored. I did not like the way i felt about that.I gave 4 stars because the rest of store is usually pretty friendly I just dont buy anything from or near deli

In the East, you know this chain as Kroger. Decent olive bar, cheese shop (though not officially a Murrays), deli, and produce. No bulk food though. Starbucks inside.

Love that they carry kitchen utensils and pots and pans and cutlery and gadgets etc, and that they have a fuel center, but its so crowded all the time that I try to avoid until non peak hours. The reason for the 3 stars is they are often out of basic items, and its really frustrating to have to go elsewhere.

Stopped here for convenience sake on my way back to Longmont as I only needed a few things. Had everything I was looking for, store was clean and staff was friendly. Only downside was the fresh produce selection was small and very picked through, needed a serous restocking. Still great because king soopers always is.

Most employees are nice and helpful. Only bad thing is the store get so extremely busy.The aisles get jammed with people and shopping carts. I guess thats what happens when houses keep getting built and no grocery stores get added to the area.

Good place to shop as it has a pharmacy, bank, ATM, gas station, Starbucks, and of course a large array of grocery items to choose from. Its also in a convenient and popular location.

Its a big store with a lot of selection. The check out could be better. I held up a line because I had no help bagging.

This store needs a serious re-model and a good scrub-down. It is dark, and it smells bad sometimes. Furthermore, it is impossible to find what youre looking for, as it is the only grocery store serving around 50,000 people for miles around.

I used to love shopping at King Soopers. But now theyve replaced other products with their own Brands instead of giving you a selection, and they really scaled back their organic choices.

I go there to pick up my scripts the pharmacy is awsome they are way over charging for Rc cola it is 180 there if you buy one and at walmart its a dollar everyday its not a sale price that is way over priced

I live nearby and have always received great service. Prices are better than most I have found in the area.
