Wow! Just wow! These folks are as good as it gets. Very nice. Very professional. Very prompt! I worked with Laura and she was able to get everything I needed done in record time. They even stayed late on a Saturday because I was running late. Like family here. Everyone was so nice and helpful!

Im reviewing this place from the view of a truck driver who delivered here. Its fairly tight in the back to get into the dock but its not too bad. They start unloading you right away. These are very nice people to deal with.

Great lawn mowers are sold here. They sell the Gravely and Hustler brands. They also sell Stihl trimmer heads, chainsaws, and other Stihl products. They sell oils here too. This store on Johnston does lawn servicing and repairs if needed. I highly recommend this lawnmower store.

Southland Engine is a great establishment... The guys are friendly, knowledgeable, and they check the products before you leave... The doors are open to walk in and shop because it’s very hard to shop for things without putting your eyes on the products.. I recommend this place, just give Chris a call and he will take care of you!!!

This is a fantastic place for all of your lawn maintenance needs.

Do not go here to get your lawn mower blades sharpened. I dropped my blades off on Thursday to the service department and asked how long it would. They told me 24hrs. So I went 24hrs later and they tell me that my blades are not ready. Well I get a text today 4 days after what they initially tell me. Now I understand that is the middle of the summer and a lot of people are getting blades sharpened, but if you tell someone they will be ready in 24hrs and it’s not done in 24hrs offer a discount of some sort to offset the inconvenience that it causes.

Great products! BUT, if you need ANY replacement parts, do your research on exactly what your part number is and specs on the part BEFORE going in to get the part to avoid multiple trips. We have went in on two different occasions get an oil filter for our lawn mower that was purchased from them (I also had the model and serial number with me). Both times I was given the WRONG oil filter! First time, I was actually in the middle of the oil change when I had to stop and go back into the store with used filter in hand to get the correct filter. This time my husband went in to get filters and oil (again with model and serial number) and was given the wrong filter again. My husband questioned the size of the filter but T.J. assured my husband that it was the correct filter. WRONG! IT IS NOT THE CORRECT FILTER! So, tomorrow, I will be going back to the store with the wrong filter and the part number (I have looked up) to give to the person at the counter so that I can actually get the correct oil filter for my mower.
