Austin took great care of us. Went to great lengths to find needed equipment to get the job done same day. Followed Covid protocols offering to wear a mask even though he was vaccinated. Explained everything thoroughly. Installation was completed in an appropriate amount of time and left everything nice and clean.

We had our yearly plumbing maintenance thru our membership and the tech, Max, was of superior quality. His knowledge and professionalism was truly a welcomed experience. We had been experiencing a leak and he helped troubleshoot and work thru my questions and concerns with ease and care. He went above and beyond to thoroughly explain and even show me hands on how to perform some maintenance tasks such as flushing the water heater. The breadth of knowledge he bestowed on myself and my husband has and will continue to help the upkeep of our home. He was polite and wore a mask as I had requested. When he was finished he went through and performed a thorough inspection and pointed out some future maintenance I would need to perform and gave me individual estimates. Technician was very prompt and remedied the clogged pipe efficiently and professionally. This was an after hours / weekend service so understandably there is a higher service charge. Caution, the advertisements are misleading on price and you will be signed up for a monthly membership unless you decline if you decline the price is higher. Pricing is high but the service is excellent.

We had a clog in one of our lines that ran our sinks and laundry. Max came out and fixed our issues promptly. He was able to explain what was going on, his plan to fix it, share membership plans with us, and detail other issues in the house that may be a future concern. He did a fantastic job. Had an estimate for a gas line install. The estimate was free, but the cost of doing the job was more than I wanted to pay. The technician (Hunter) was honest, up front, and a pleasure to deal with.

They came out quickly the same day and resolved the problem within the same day. So now my sewer is unclogged and working properly. The worker was very friendly and explained everything in detail.

Zachary Delph arrived on time and was a nice young man. He thanked me for having the sink and under the sink cleaned out for him. he explained to me about their program, I asked some questions and he was able to answer them satisfactorily. I really wished I could have used them if only for him. He was very good. I thought the price was a little high as I want to buy the sink and fixtures myself. I will be paying in full as I do not need another monthly bill to pay. I am on a fixed income and really dont have much extra money. This had nothing to do with Zach. In my opinion, he is an asset to the company.

Talk about going above and beyond! The crew at Peterman Bros gave me a fair estimate and got the job done the very same day and on budget, even staying late to make sure my family had hot water. When we ran into a snag venting the whole-house water heater, they got creative, found a great work-around, and the installation turned out even better then expected. I can’t say enough good things about Austin and the rest of the guys. Very talented and skilled people with an attention to detail throughout. Bonus points for making sure my carpets were covered with plastic sheeting to keep the tracked dirt off.

Brandon from Peterman Bros was able to fix an ongoing problem that had stumped my previous HV/AC company who had charged me >$600 to fix the problem unsuccessfully. They really listen to the customer and know what they’re doing. I would recommend them to any of my friends.

These guys were great! Came out for a new maintenance check and discovered that the ac in our new home needed some major repairs. After reviewing and weighing our options with our tech, we decided to go ahead and replace our systems. They were here the next day to install and made sure everything was perfect before they left. The techs were friendly and professional and left our home the way they found it. The install was great and it looks much better than the old system. Will definitely be recommending them to others!

I found Peterman Brothers to be extremely professional from customer service to workmanship. They responded to my call for AC repair and were on site the following day to address & repair the issue. Their system for confirming appointments with a photo and description of the service person was extremely effective. I was impressed with their AC repair and decided to hire them to complete some additional maintenance work. During their 3 visits, every service person seemed experienced, committed to performing a complete job, and helpful in making recommendations for equipment upgrades (but did not pressure me to make upgrades I didnt want or need). Overall, a great experience and I signed up for their service plan!

Very professional service! My A/C unit is a dinosaur by commercial standards at 27 years old, and Brandon did not have much positive news—except it is working for now. I can report that he was extremely thorough in his system inspection. He was very complete in his explanation of how my system was and was not performing, plus he gave me several options (and cost estimates) to plan for the unit’s replacement.

I am extremely impressed with the serviceman who came out to my house, Max. A previous plumber, with another company, told me that the part was nowhere to be found and if he could find the part (unlikely) it would be $500+ for the repair. After 2 weeks he just told me to call someone else.Max was able to come the same day that I called and able to repair my faucet on the same day as well, for less than $200!I have definitely found my new plumber and HVAC service company!

The technician arrived on time, and I received a notification from the company with his picture and a short Bio well before he showed up. He was polite, professional, and knowledgeable, and not only performed his work efficiently, but also communicated clearly to me what he was doing and why he was doing it. He also gave me advance notice that certain parts would need to be replaced within the next year or two, but did not push me or make me feel pressured to buy something at the time. I would highly recommend Peterman to anyone that needs HVAC work performed.

Kari did an absolutely AMAZING job when she came out today to clean out the sewage lines for an emergency. She showed up earlier than I thought she would, she ran through the pricing with me first to make sure I was comfortable with it and I was surprised with how affordable it was. She had an upbeat and very funny attitude that turned my first plumbing disaster as a first time homeowner into a much more pleasant experience than I ever thought it could be. The whole time she was working she was updating me on exactly what she was doing as she was doing it. I will definitely use them for all heating, cooling, and plumbing needs in the future as well.

We were having issues with our hot water heater. The technician Max was AMAZING!!! He was on time to the minute, professional, clean, polite everything you would want from a service professional. He gave us many different options and price points for the repair, educated us on savings potentials so we were fully informed and let us make a decision from there. No high pressure sales pitch just honestly caring about his customer and taking care of us and making sure we were informed and comfortable. He then went to work immediately. While he was working we experienced a power outage and this guy kept working by flashlight to make sure we had our services restored before he left. Great experience, reasonable prices and amazing staff from the office to the field. Will be using them for all of my plumbing needs in the future!!!! Max is AMAZING ask for this kid seriously!!

Josh arrived to our home right on time. He did a really good job of explaining our options, and the benefits of having a membership. After that he got right to work. Josh was able to fix our problem while our 2 sons 7 and 9 were in his face asking hundreds of questions. Not once did he get frustrated, and made sure that they were able to watch from a safe distance. After the sewer was unclogged he put all his tools up, asked if we had any questions, and told us not to hesitate to call back if we had anymore problems. Peterman’s is always great to work with. This time we had a clog in the kitchen and a leak. They were able to get to us the same day, and always call to provide an ETA. They are very professional and take the time to explain exactly what they are doing.

The quote price is higher than other plumbers since Peterman uses a flat rate instead of an hourly rate. Got the job done quickly. We typically dont wear shoes inside the house and Im very impressed that Max, our plumber, took off his without prompting!
