The new management, accused my company of writing a bad check. When I went in to confront the 6’8 New Manager, to producing the bounce check or bank notice, he could not.Not only was this guy out of line and didn’t know his a— from a hole in the ground, he had an aggressive bad attitude.I told the guy I would not be back and his reply was that he didn’t need my business anyway!I have been doing business with this company for years with the old management. So if this is who they have representing and running the company, good luck!New Management is terrible!I do not recommend this outfit at all!Reply to Owner:No sir, you did not reach out or fix anything with our company. I’m the owner! The last time I spoke to you, it was in your store, where you could not produce any evidence of a bad check. You also informed me you did not need my business as you puffed up your chest, attempting to intimidate me, as if I would stoop to your level. Do not lie about how you handled the situation.

There prices are so high. Tried to get three clamps today and the were $50 each.. Looked at Varco and could have got them for $3.45 each.. Same product and quality. Research before you buy from them.

Took a leaking hydraulic hose to these guys so they could fix the fitting at the end. When I got it back it was cockeyed and would not let the pressure release from the piston on our frame rack. Spent 300 on a new pump thinking that would fix the issue since it was the only part of the hydraulic system that hadnt been replaced. After that didn’t fix it I spent a good part of 3 days diagnosing the issue... and come to find out it was actually the hose fitting... that was installed crooked by one of the guys there that looked like he was in training and still new. After losing 3 days of progress with the truck on the frame rack and 300 dollars spent on replacing a good working pump I still took the hose back to them so they could fix the end of the hose they had replaced... and they still charged me for the repair!! Saying that they don’t warranty work on a used part. The hose was working but had a slight leak when I took it to them the first time... got it back and it was not leaking but it also wasn’t allowing fluid to return to the pump and release pressure... I just got it back from them the second time and they charged me again for a repair that was done incorrect the first time around. We are a local business here in Lafayette for the past 8 years so we know the importance of supporting the local businesses that surround us but I will never take anything to these guys again.
