We used LBG for nearly 3 years before finding out how bad we were getting hosed on price. We decided to buy our own tank so we could shop around for the best price. LBG took nearly 2 weeks to come retrieve their tank out of the way, then charged us $100 for taking it back! I can pretty well guarantee we will not be buying gas from them any more, now that we have a choice.

Please if you have a choice do not choose LBG. They are way more expensive than anyone else in the area. Not only that they have a very good reputation of leaving people without propane’s for weeks during the winter months. Horribly company and are only out for themselves not the CUSTOMER.

Always great service, friendly staff and very competitive pricing. We wouldnt consider any other company for our propane needs.

Now I get a bill for the tank rental, and Ive rented this house for six years now. Of course Im required to get propane from LBG, Im assuming the owner of this place has stock in LBG!If youre smart and have a choice find a different company for propane. Im planning on getting out of here soon and LBG can KMA!!!

I had to come in after work and got here just before they closed, and they stayed after closing to help me fill up two tanks and take care of me. Excellent customer service.

Filled my pool heater tank almost two weeks ago and for some reason the delivery driver decided to drive all of the way back to the pool instead of parking and running the hose which he normally does. He got himself stuck, it dumped rain, he had himself pulled out despite it just raining and absolutely destroyed our yard. Ive been told a claim has been submitted but have heard absolutely nothing and get no answers when I call and ask about it. I know this review wont do much but before I end up fixing my yard myself I wanted to at least try.

70 cents high per gallon compared to Delphi. Also I could not get filled on time and the service was the horrible. No that I have terminated them they have taken over two months and my tank is still not picked up.

Of course these companies make you sign a contract before you can use their services... They have poor customer service and know that you are stuck with them, so they can treat you anyway they want. They were supposed to deliver propane to our home, before the coldest day in the year... However, they decided not to, stating a clerical error of some sort, and that they would try to fit us in before Friday (two days away), but most likely would not get to us until Wednesday the following week. We called well in advance, but with the weather, our tank had run down VERY quickly. Theyre so busy, that they wont do emergency fills. So busy that they forgot about us and now wont make the effort to fix it. Thanks! We will be switching as soon as we can.

Crooked as they come! Their keep it full plan is nothing more than an invitation for them to go out on money runs when they need the cash flow. Theyve stopped leaving meter sheets, not that I ever trusted them anyway! You cant totally rely on your gauges but when it shows 40% of and they deliver 85% of the tanks capacity you know damn well the thing wasnt empty! LBG = CROOKED!

Price just kept increasing when other local providers were not. A difference of $.30-.40/gal. higher then everyone else was not uncommon.

The sure take your money ontime but never deliver on time

Horrible customer service. You have to babysit them to get anything done. I will be switching my service as soon as I can. Go somewhere else.
