Checked Refrigerator and explained it was not economical to repair and should be replaced, was very knowledgeable on the brand, and the quality of other brands. Well worth the $87 to have it checked out before buying new. Requested appointment on Monday was able to schedule for the next day.

Our washer had stopped mid-cycle and the user interface would not power up. He quickly identified the problem as a bad control board, ordered another one and installed it. Eugene is extremely professional and a great guy to talk too as well. Cant say enough good things about him!
