Absolutely fresh and delicious. They make a wonderful cookie. Perfect for breakfast lunch or early dinner. Directly on the corner. Plenty of parking on side. If you call ahead they will bring it to your car. Fresh tasty I actually go there daily when Im in that Laguna area.

I visited the area for the weekend and saw lines here every day so decided to check it out on my way out. I ordered the pastrami sandwich. Food was served warm. Meat was dry. My $6 juice order was not worth the money and I had to ask them to remake it because it tasted weird. They were pretty nice about exchanging the juice which was good, but overall the food I ordered was just ok. I wish I had known what to order because I obviously didnt get it right this go round. Obviously people like it here, I just wont go with the sandwich and juice next time. 😒

Nice place to grab some tasty breakfast burrito and bakeries.Had the potato breakfast burrito - it was very good. It’s a bit light on the salt, but it’s how I like it so I can enjoy the taste of the other ingredients in the burrito. The burrito was made to order, so it took about 15 minutes to get my order. Would have been better if they had some freshly made hot sauce to go with it.The bakeries looks delicious, especially the cinnamon roll. I didn’t try it, but I’ll definitely get it next time.The brownie was the fudgy kind that’s moist on the inside. But there maybe have been some cross contamination with the other bakeries and it had a slight orange taste.

Found it unexpectedly and loved it. Had the hamburger it was amazing with a fresh wheat bun. Everything was fresh on the burger. Chocolate chip cookie was great as well as the Mimosa to go you can mix any juice so we tried it with strawberry kiwi.. fresh chips as well.. a little $$ but worth it for a good fresh meal.. support small businesses..

Every summer I visit my aunt and in the mornings I walk from her house to main beach which is about a mile and a quarter each way. I always pick up a peach muffin from the Orange Inn and then eat it on main beach looking out over the water.These are my favorite muffins of all time. My family sometimes comes with me and they order other flavors and we have loved everyone of them.The staff is friendly and safety conscious. This year you could not go in and order, rather they had a side window open for ordering and wore masks.I suggest getting there as early as you can as lines do form and they run out of some flavors quickly.

What a great location to eat when your at the beach. The food is made fresh, the place has been around for like 100 years. The people a friendly and reliable and the food tastes great. Make sure you stop here if your in laguna beach

Delicious breakfast items. Their French toast is so good... they add a healthy amount of cinnamon and the bread is so soft and fluffy. They also make amazing banana bread, preach/ blueberry/ pumpkin muffins, croissants, and such. They make incredible fresh juice (which is what they are known for... they boast they were the first to offer fresh juices in OC), smoothies, coffee, espresso, cappuccino, etc. They also have excellent sandwiches. Grab a bite to go, walk down to the beach, and eat on the beach under the beautiful SoCal sun.

Hands down, best little cafe in Laguna. I love their Breakfast Burrito and Chili Cheese & Avocado Omelette. So fresh and tasty, and doesn’t leave you with that heavy feeling that I sometimes get from breakfast meals. The baked goods in the window always look amazing. Coffee is also great.Heads up — It gets busy so there can be a bit of a wait to get your food prepared.

Laguna has been my familys home away from home since the seventies and we have been going to the Orange inn probably for as long as theyve been open there. I just returned to Laguna after not staying there for years and its better than I remember. The food once again at Orange inn was exceptional and we love the fact that they open so early. There is a new girl working there that should be put in charge of everything because she was a doll and made up for some of the rude people who take the orders. Her name is Olivia and I hope she stays and works with the public more. The rude people should be behind the scenes cooking!!!

Great selection of sandwiches and drinksEverything is made fresh and it’s walking distance from one of the beaches. Make sure you request the freshly made pastries/sandwiches otherwise you’ll get the ones in the display window the flies sat on.😆The other annoying thing is that they ask if you want to tip on credit card or cash in the jar which is absurd. If I’m ordering “to go” no one should ask! Who does that?

If you are looking for a quick bite to eat, this is the location for you. Any time of day and type of meal. Breakfast for dinner. Whatever your feeling, there is something for you. I had the cheese quesadilla and my wife had a sandwich. Prices were reasonable and multiple selections of drinks. Will return during our stay.

I loved the rustic surf shack atmosphere of the Orange Inn. Good selection of bakery items, and purportedly the best coffee in town, but I had a chai latte that was really good.

Hit the morning rush, but the staff did a great job in taking orders swiftly from both the window and hand held device. Not much for vegans, but the avocado toast was really good and the coffee is outstanding. Id have given five stars had we been able to sit inside, but due to COVID indoor seating was not available. Will visit again next trip.

By the looks of the chicken sandwich I bought, they have a high standard for quality so i wont doubt youll find something to enjoy here

The food was underwhelming. The quality and taste wasnt worth the outrageous price and extremely long wait. Its asthetics. The woman at the front wasnt the most pleasant but the guys in the back who handed out the food were great. Coffee mediocre so I think next time Ill skip and just go to Starbucks

I love Orange Inn. I’ve been going since I was little. So good, but the service right now is not good. You have to wait 10-20 min in line just to get your order that you made over the phone. You show up when the food is ready, and then wait so long that your food gets cold or soggy. Definitely need to work on how they’re doing things. Other than that, I’d give them 5 stars.

The best light roast latte. Restaurant quality food right on the street. Everything baked or cooked fresh right here. However they probably do not produce eggs and oranges right on the spot :)))

It was good... 75.00 for some eggs and french toast is a lil much tho.... ok food, average... my husbands poached egg had dry yoke... my steak omelet came out a ham omelet... eating out of a carton... i dunno, could do better at that price point. My girls had french toast and eggs, which was good.

This is one of if not the best place to get breakfast in Laguna. Clearly a spot for all the locals, and you’ll have a tough time getting a table even if you’re early. We usually just got take out and ate back at the hotel patio. Cozy little spot with great food.

A cute cozy and inddy cafe with a nice atmosphere. These days since most coffee shops are part of big chains, i do appreciate little places like this. Try their peach or orange muffins.

The pastry and smoothies were delicious. But it seemed a bit rude for the person working at a walk-up window to ask hiw much tip we were going to leave. This is one of the places that makes you feel like home. The owners are like family of the customers. There food is traditional american and very well served. They make good coffee and orange juice. The decoration is surfer stile and authentic, I LOVE IT.But please dont tell anybody, this is a secret.....

A little expensive, but expected from the beach. They have breakfast items from something as small as a Danish up to full loaded breakfasts with good portion sizes. Family enjoyed: smoothies, vanilla cappuccino, BF ham omelet, cinnamon roll, cheese Danish, BBQ Chicken salad,, and spinach/cheese croissant. All tastey!

Multiple factors played into this 3. First, its partly a communal review, since my wife was with me. Married people understand to find the great places to eat is to find the perfect place for both of you. My perspective: I got full on food I love--breakfast. I had the breakfast hamburger. We shared the Orange Inn potatoes--they were good. Knowing I would eat there again, its a 4. My wife liked the chips, disliked the banana bread and its one person at a time orders with no air in California, so, for my wife, its a 3. That means, for us, its a 3 with a strong hint of 4 on the coastal horizon. Id come again, ignore the expectations and enjoy my eggs, even after the traditional breaking the fast time has come and gone.

Expensive but more affordable than the rest of laguna beach. They made a mean cheesburger and acai smoothie. Totally worth. Also the service rocks 😎

Food is great but having to do takeout now really screws up the experience. Part of what makes this place special is hanging with the locals.Every restaurant in town is open for dine in, why not Orange Inn?

It was ok, craving a burger, too expensive and a 3 straight black hair on my chips, is hair protocol in order here? Since we dont know. Lady at the walk up counter let me talk to her 3 feet away but if I got any closer she asked me to put mask on and when I said idk what I wanted cuz I hadnt looked at the menu yet she suggested breakfast, it was 1:00 pm

Best breakfast Ive had in Laguna Beach. Eggs cooked to sunny-side-up perfection, delicious sourdough toast, great potatoes, and their oatbran muffins were fresh. So good!

I had the grilled chicken sandwich, it was tasty and moist. My husband had a hamburger, it lacked flavor. Staff very friendly. I would recommend eating here.

Cute, family owned coffee shop. The staff is so sweet and amazing. The food is to die for, delicious breakfast burritos, breakfast plates, sandwiches and so much more. Along with coffee there is a few alcoholic drinks and mimosas, perfect for the beach!! Definently a must stop when youre in town.

Michele, Amanda and company kept us fed (and sane) when our week-long family visit turned into two months of unexpected quarantining 2,800 miles from home. The service is so efficient and friendly and the food is *amazing.* You seriously cannot leave Laguna without eating here!!

Great food, fun place, not much parking. We went for breakfast and it definitely starts getting busy mid-morning. It smelled like sunscreen inside, but that just fits the surf vibe. The food was delicious - I ordered a fresh pastry and my husband ordered the french toast (although I should have ordered the french toast too, that was extra delicious!). The seating is very limited and very tight as the actual structure itself isnt very big, so just be prepared for that. So besides poor parking options and tight seating, its really great! Ill definitely be back.

I literally drive to OC just for this place.. food is great, Coffee is strong and flaverful.. Mimosas are fresh squeezed and MMMMMMMM.

Love this place. Second time going. This time I had their curried pumpkin and black bean soup which was amazing! I also had a couple of muffins, the oat bran cranberry and a pumpkin muffin. They have the best muffins. We will be back again next time were in the area.

Great spot to grab a coffee and some delicious breakfast. Order the breakfast burger and potatoes on the side, its my personal favorite. One thing the place could do is open more windows or add some fans for some air circulation it can get really hot in there if youre eating inside. I will say this, it is a little pricey for breakfast but you get what you pay for and the food here is really good..

This place is super cute. A real neighborhood gem! The lattes are delicious and the burritos are huge!! The patrons here are also really lovely and friendly. They make their own banana bread which is delicious. A great find on my recent trip to Laguna beach just a skip away from the ocean.

I came to Laguna Beach on vacation from Atlanta, GA. After reading great reviews, I decided to try it and I was not disappointed. Super cute and chill place. Workers are very friendly and welcoming. Food is delicious. Best coffee Ive ever had. I came back every morning for the rest of my vacation. Definitely recommend.

A Laguna Beach staple! Two days in a row great food, and a welcoming smile and service. I love when a business is always busy and the staff never gets ruffled, they just smile and give great service. The menu has something for every palette and great fresh ingredients! A must when visiting, and a locals favorite.

Orange Inn Cafe is a nice spot to grab a bite in Laguna. Very close to the beach and other central downtown amenities including a shuttle stop across the street for summer time parking up Laguna Canyon. Not a lot of seating area inside so consider staying clear during busier times if you prefer to sit for your meal.

Nice little beach side eatery. Burgers are much better than a chain or fast food joint. And Laguna beach just steps away!

The coffee here is much better than that oil you get at Starbucks for sure.Overall a quaint little joint on PCH that perfectly fits the bill when looking for some early morning grub.

THE BEST MUFFINS. Wish the paper didnt stick to the bottom but worth it. Bran Muffins..peach...bran with blueberry...orange...orange cranberry...blueberry...chocolaye chip and maybe a few more... I also had the French toast with eggs and bacon. It was amazing.They have a water cooler you can serve yourself...and offer juice in 2 sizes.Its tiny but has plenty of seating inside. And windows to look out. Opens at 530a which I love.

A local favorite. Come for the sandwiches, stay for the OI smoothie, stay longer to look at epic old photos of laguna from 100 years ago. Summer lunch can get crazy in there, so go early and be patient! Favorites include the veggie burger sandwich, albacore tuna and early morning fresh baked muffins.

Been coming here fir 25 years. John and his staff are friendly and helpful. I reccomend the blueberry muffins and Pumpkin muffins. I like the breakfast burger is great on a croissant. The breakfast burrito is always a good choice. Top it off with the famous OI smoothy and your good to go!

I would have rated 4 stars but reduced to 3 because I was shocked at how much plastic ware they use. Given the plastic waste issues that are now thankfully getting more publicity and awareness, and given that this is an ocean side cafe, I think they need to get serious about what they’re providing their customers with. On top of that, I didn’t see any recycling trash can, only 2 regular black bag type cans. It really saddens me and I hope they realise how much plastic waste they are adding when it could be avoided. Other than that, food was good

Was in Laguna Beach recently for a few days. Happened to be staying close to this place and hit it up for our first breakfast.Outstanding coffee and pastries (especially the croissant with spinach and cheese). I live in Seattle, so when I say the coffee was excellent, I have some good points of comparison.Wound up getting breakfast there every morning as well as nice end of the trip lunch.Food is great, service is great, vibe is SoCal hip. Love this place and next time we are in Laguna Beach, this will be a must go place.

Definitely one of the best brunch places in SoCal! Im from out of town but come to the area often to visit my girlfriend and Orange Inn is an absolute must every single time we come.I recommend grabbing the Orange Inn shake and any breakfast burrito or omelet. Youll be set. Right next to Laguna Beach as well so you can walk out and to for a nice walk there as well. Parking and seating is a bit limited but even in peak hours we never experienced any issues.
