We love Aviator Nation. Everything is hand made and super stylish. I was so excited to finally get to go into the store in Laguna Beach which is very close to where I live. Since we’re in COVID-19, I’ll mention the girls working their took my temperature and wore masks. They also were very sweet and helpful. I love supporting local businesses and love my cozy wear ❤️
Really awful customer service. Employees were useless and were visibly annoyed that I was interrupting their text messaging by asking a question about hoodie sizes. I won’t be going back.
WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED.Sent items back on return, have confirmation that they were received via UPS. NEVER RECEIVED REPLACEMENTS... OUT OVER $300THEY SUCK !!!
