Laura was kind, forthcoming and provided the highest level of service and I can rest easy knowing that they will deliver on a beautiful final product.I first came across Black Iris after I was gifted a breathtaking arrangement years ago. The arrangement far outlasted any other flowers Ive ever received and that alone left a lasting impression on me. I continue to rave about Black Iris and their luxury flowers and recommend them to everyone. I called Black Iris at 9am(right when they opened) for flowers to be delivered by the afternoon. When I checked in at 3pm to see when the flowers were going to arrive Linda told me they would be there within the hour. I called back at 5pm and she said the driver was 15 minutes away. The house I wanted the flowers to be delivered to was in Laguna! This place lead me on all day long and the arrangements are not worth the price. I highly recommend Devyns gardens as an alternative! way better arrangements and service.

Very courteous, extremely creative customer service from both Linda and Sue. Linda helped me decide/create a personalized birthday floral for my daughters 30th birthday. Her office was very impressed with the orchid personally designed toward my babygirls love of the ocean. The orchids are incomparable in beauty. Thank you again and again for your suggestions in creativity to bring such happiness and joy to my daughters big day Linda. Very appreciative.

THIS PLACE ROCKS!!!!!!!!!!!! I called them LATE on Valentines Day for a delivery and they were the only ones in Laguna Beach who 1. could deliver last minute on a holiday and 2. didnt laugh at me when I asked if they could deliver past 5pm on Valentines Day. They helped create the perfect bouquet and I couldnt be more grateful. THANK YOU BLACK IRIS!

My husband had Black Iris, put together an arrangement for our anniversary. He only knew that I liked blue Hydrangeas and he asked Black Iris, to use her creativity to make something beautiful. She did just that. The arrangement is stunning!!!!

Oh the days when I recieved red ginger and curly grape ivy. The black iris has a secret code in their arrangements- a tiny glass marble is glued hidden somewhere as if to surprise and delight like a bubble. Gorgeous flowers, seasonal decorations- right now the 50% off on Christmas decorations ought to be a crowd. Great service, they have been in South Laguna forever. Locally owned and just call for your pretty flower needs...

I had a fabulous experience with Black Iris! I called this morning to have some flowers delivered to a friend that was staying at a nearby hotel. I wanted to send my favorite flowers...peonies. I also wanted them delivered by mid day. The told me that peoines were on their way out of season, that they could get some in but wouldnt be able to deliver them until 4 pm. They just texted me a picture of the arrangement and its beautiful. They also said that they we be delivered to the hotel room by 2:00 pm. Thank you Black Iris...way to go above and beyond!
