This is the most amazing, small, hardware store! If you lived on an island, and this shop were there, you wouldnt need much else. Plus, it has a ton of cute housewares, beach items, and a cold Coke was $1.65, it was $6 at the festival!

Super expensive but you’re paying for convenience. I drove to several Targets/Walmarts/Hardware stores in 2 states looking for beach stuff in September and this was the only place that had it!

I rarely need to shop anywhere else for my hardware needs! The only reason I give them 4 stars out of 5 is they can sometimes be a bit thinly staffed (so customer service can be difficult), and calling can be tricky, but the in-store experience is typically great. The store has lots to offer, great prices, very friendly staff, and is in a great location.

I’ve been here many times and the staff is friendly, they pretty much have everything that the larger hardware Store has. I’ve use them for getting keys copied. Great service!

Its pricey but it feels like a small town mom & pop store that one can easily lose hours browsing through their narrow isles. Very friendly & helpful staff.

Coast Hardware is always there and has been for over 40 yrs. Big variety and usually have what you need. Were lucky they are in our town ! ☀️

If want to buy anything off the shelf for the beach I guess this is an ok place. If you need help hardware and customer service NOT the place. No one there could cut a key and they told me to come back at 5am because the key cutting guy (only one I guess) leaves at 2pm.

Old fashioned mom and pop style place. Amazing what they have given the limited space. Paint, plumbing, electrical, housewares, beach goodies, batteries, small tools, keys, quick gifts. Worth a try to save a trip out of town.

This place is small, but packed full with stuff. It can be difficult to locate what youre looking for, but the staff is very helpful. Im a chef, and frequently go for random screws or other items I need in the restaurant. They even have nice chef knives and some restaurant equipment. Very convenient.

Absolutely awful customer service. Doesnt even accept manufacturers coupons! A real rip-off joint!

Great selection of items even though its a rather small location. There was plenty of help in the store to guide me to what I was looking for and they were all very friendly. Its good for a quick visit to just get those few things you need for a project.

Less than helpful (even hateful) management. Its the only place in town... I was stuck/forced to shop here.

Alot of cool stuff In this little jam packed hardware store. Handy man materials. Paint supplies. And a real cool kitchen section of high end pots and pans.

Awesome place. Never been to this store before. It should be called Coast General Store and Hardware because the of diversity of the merchandise they carry.Employees were very nice and helpful too.

Coast Hardware is a unique store with the usual home hardware such as home fixtures, replacement parts, paints and the things you need to keep your home in good repair. This is also an excellent place to find gifts. They have an extensive selection of cookware, pots, pans, kitchen appliances, le cresuet vast iron pans and teapots, kitchen utensils large and small and lots of local Laguna Beach Memorabilia. Come in and enjoy this very unique store.
