We ordered new openers for three of our garage doors. They were efficiently installed, and were able to do so within a few days. They were very accommodating since one of our doors were stuck. The quality of work was also excellent. The installer paid close attention to details and programmed the new remotes. He also installed the new codes in each of our cars.Great Job, and I highly recommend them. They were reasonably priced, on-time, courteous, and they did an excellent job. We are very happy with our new openers :-)

Technician arrived within an hour of my calling for service and proceeded to efficiently repair my off-the-track garage door. Glenn from Entry Systems was very friendly and professional. We were surprised by a non functioning garage door opener in the morning. A call to Entry Systems had Glenn arriving in less than an hour. The lady answering the phone was very pleasant and provided an estimate of charges based on a few questions. One of the springs had broken. We upgraded both springs and Glenn performed an tune-up of the associated garage door parts, etc. We decided to also upgrade the garage door opener since it was 20 years old. Arrived on time and was polite. Explained what he was going to do and gave an estimate of how long it would take and it was correct. He let me run my tests to make sure everything worked and explained how to maintain it.

I had a particularly difficult problem with my garage door. My door had a bow in the top and when closed it left a space at the top of the garage door and house when the door was closed. I thought this was unusual since the door is not made of wood, so how could it possibly warp like that. John the technician came up with a solution and was returning the next day to fix it. I too did some thinking that night, and when John arrived the next morning, I said lets hit it with a hammer. John came up with even a better solution, a strut at the top of the door. It worked perfectly. Thank you John for a job well done.

After waking up to a broken garage door spring, I didn’t quite know where to begin in my search for a repair company. I reached out for a few quotes and decided to call Entry Systems for a quote. John was able to get the door open so we could move our cars and he quickly replaced the springs. He also noticed some other maintenance items needed for the door and corrected them. Happy I chose Entry Systems to fix my garage door. The torsion spring was broken and the belt was worn and needed to be replaced. The minimum charge for the service call and diagnosis was $128 which included most of the labor cost to perform the repairs. I felt good about their service starting with my initial and follow-up phone calls where Gabi and Ambyr answered my questions and gave me up-front info of the various costs, which of course would depend on what was diagnosed. The technician that came to my home arrived within the two hour window as scheduled. I felt he was honest about what was needed and didnt try to sell me a new opener when a repair was the most cost effective for my situation. I feel good about the quality of his work and the pricing seems fair and was consistent with what I was told by phone. Im glad I didnt choose the company that charged $29 for the service call and diagnosis as I have a feeling the total cost would have been much more than I paid this company.

One of my cylindrical garage door springs snapped after my wife left for work, so I found myself stuck in the garage a short while later. I left him to do his thing and an hour later, everything was working smoothly with the new springs and a new drum. Its been a couple days now and Im happy to report that the door continues to work smoothly and quietly. Glenn Gross came out to our house to fix our opener which had malfunctioned. After Glenn went through all my options, I decided to replace the opener because my old one was 25 years old. Glenn did an excellent job expertly replacing the old opener at what I considered a very fair price. He was very thorough and even programmed our car remotes. I really appreciated his service and will not hesitate to use his company again if the need arises.

A spring broke on my garage door around 10:00 am and I gave Entry Systems a call right away. Entry systems does excellent work and I found them to be fair. Ive had a few issues with my entry gate system, not Entry Systems fault; its old. I also just purchased a garage door opener, installed by Entry Stystems. Glen did most of the work on this latest job, although Julio and Greg have worked here too. I highly recommend all of them. They know what theyre doing and are good problem solvers, which is helpful with some of the older systems I have here.

I asked her if she had any recommendations for someone up in Anaheim Hills, and she said she’d check with her boss. Ten seconds later she’s back to me solution in hand.Turns out they have a tech, Glenn, who lives near AH, and if I would take early morning or late afternoon, they’d help me out.Next morning, right on time, Glenn shows up, very pleasant and respectful, goes out to the garage, checks out the sensors, and due to age, he decides they need replacing. The sensors are replaced, and the reason for the call is totally and professionally resolved.Then, as a part of their service, the door, rail, and rollers are all lubed, small repairs are accomplished (no charge), and the door alignment checked. Glenn answered some of my questions, and I can attest Glenn knows his business.Bottom line, very competent folks are the front door of this business. Gaby goes the extra mile to service the customers and their sometimes ridiculous assumptions (such as I think sensors just need alignment, the sun is hitting them wrong); she certainly knows what she is talking about as well. Glenn is as competent, professional, helpful, and very pleasant a technician as I have had working here in a very long time.Pricing for this job was VERY reasonable. I won’t divulge what I paid as that is their business, and they don’t raise cattle, and I don’t repair garage doors.
