So many problems with the vehicle always being towed into the dealership. The loaner cars they give out are broken. They only give you a rental car after they address the issue. So many issues with my vehicle to the point I am unable to drive it. They do not give a rental vehicle for any reason even if my car isn’t working. I have a full time job and I can’t keep coming back here. The rental vehicle they did give me after 5 days had a nail in the tire. I had to go to America’s tires and get the nail out and fill up the tire numerous times. From the Loaner vehicles to the rental vehicles this dealership does not care. My car is literally not working and they won’t see my car first. I have a case opened with Hyundai USA but I would not recommend this dealership.IN RESPONSE TO YOUR RESPONSEIn response to your response I will say that the tire from the rental place did have a nail in it when I got. I had to go Americas Tire and fix it myself. So yes it is 100 percent accurate. Also my car has had problems numerous times and after the engine replacement that YOUR dealership installed it did have numerous problems even after you looked at it. I have a case open with Hyundai because of the issue. This is why your dealership is poor in service your response is unfortunate. I have taken my business to another dealership who is already doing a better job. I will never go to Laguna Niguel Hyundai again.

You gotta come meet the NEW MANAGEMENT they have completely changed the culture. They were so kind, and polite even thought a new car was not why I was there. They’ve got free internet and coffee while you wait for your car in service or while you buy your next vehicle. Do yourself a favor come down check out the store you won’t be disappointed!

After calling multiple dealerships, I decided to buy our new 2022 Hyundai Tucson from Laguna Niguel Hyundai, and I had an absolutely wonderful experience. Our salesman Matthew was helpful, polite, and just a huge pleasure to work with. This dealership also gave me the best deal, after speaking with multiple dealerships who were asking for $2000-$2500 above MSRP due to the chip/inventory shortage.Everyone who helped me was amazing. That includes Matthew, the gentleman who did the financing, and a gentleman who I believe was the Manager who walked over and personally thanked me for driving over an hour to buy from their dealership.All in all, Im glad I drove over an hour to buy from Laguna Niguel Hyundai. I couldnt be happier. Thank you guys for a fantastic buying experience!

Went to a couple other dealerships and they wouldnt show me the numbers/breakdown of the whole calculation. Called this place and they immediately showed me all the numbers, fees, and were very transparent about everything. Absolutely amazing service.Matthew Epps was very generous and patiently waited while I confirmed the calculations. Phu Ho made me feel like a guest and was very humorous. The NEW MANAGEMENT is fabulous. The one thing you can expect from this place relative to other places is that they wont BS you and they wont waste your time.

Absolutely a nightmare to deal with. We negotiated a contract to lease and then 3 months later they try to submit a new contract with fraudulent terms & signatures. They wont last long in business committing FRAUD. We have all documents in hand, so hopefully their GM will step up and fire their staff for committing fraud and contact us to correct this discrepancy ASAP to avoid further legal problems. RUN FROM THIS DEALER & NEW MANAGEMENT..TOTAL FRAUDS!

This place is an absolute joke. The Hyundai service department was rude, and basically talked down to my wife as if she was stupid. I have bought 2 cars on the Hyundai side and 4 trucks on the GM side 2 of those trucks in the last year alone. Well....... New management lost a loyal customer.Train your employees, especially service department the importance of customer service.

Went to this place to purchase a car based off the professionalism that this dealership is known for. Upon arrival, it took more than 15minutes for anyone to help. While waiting, a customer who just recently bought their car yesterday had brought it back for problems, another customer said that he wanted a lease but they wrote out a contract for purchase. Good thing he checked... To top it off the manager told a customer that he doesnt wear a badge or logo signifying he is a manager because he if he did, we would never get any managerial tasks done. Also they dont offer Frontline worker discounts to Nurses. Stay away from this stealership. They arent what they seem to be in reviews and thats why Im taking my time to share my recent experience. Please go buy from somewhere else.

Allen has, most of all, great staff - always professional and friendly, from sales to service. I recommend them highly. Hyundai is a solid brand, but when choosing a dealership, its all about the service they give, and Allen gives great service. Ive referred family and friends, and will continue to do so.Theyve also always been timely with service appointments, which is greatly appreciated. They get started on time and meat the timelines they set.

I emailed and called the dealership to confirm that the used car I was interested in was still available at the price advertised. I went to the dealership with my wife to test the drive the car and was ready to buy it. The car seemed as advertised except the low tire pressure light was on. When the sales manager in charge of the dealership put the paperwork together, he listed the car price at $2500 more than what was advertised online. When I pointed out this discrepancy, the sales manager made a big deal about it, but went back to his office and corrected the paperwork to reflect the online advertisement. However, the car was still overpriced, and so I politely inquired about a $490 price reduction. The sales manager took the paperwork, crumpled it up and through it in the trash can. Ive never experienced anything like that in my life. The entire ordeal was unprofessional. My wife and I got up and left the dealership. I understand that times are tough right now and that the used car sales managers life probably didnt turn out how he envisioned it. I wish him the best. I would avoid this place at all costs unless you want to waste a few hours of your life.

While the staff is friendly I was disappointed on my first service issue there. When it was Allen they had loaner cars. These guys wouldnt even offer me a ride home 1.5 miles away? So there I sat for two hours while I waited for someone to pick me up. I would have walked if it wasnt for my bad knee. Customer service doesnt seem to be thier priority.

I just took my car in due to the recall and after doing the fix the service light came on and my radio system stopped working. After taking the car back in asking for why this was happening they said that it was car issue and they refused to fix their damage to my car.Truly horrible service, I truly wonder if they use the “recall” as a way to program faults and get more money to fix the issues they cause.It’s truly sad that in middle of a pandemic when people are losing their jobs they are using these tactics to make more money!!

From the moment we stepped foot on their corner lot our salesperson Mazen was professional and fun to deal with. We went for a test drive came back and knew what we wanted, the manager made us a deal we couldnt say no to and drove away with our car!

Recently went in to purchase a car for my daughter based off the cars they had advertised. We had $20k cash to buy a car. We asked to see them but they weren’t ready. I asked about the turn around time but could not get an answer. The General Manager (Mile Lee) called me later and explained he couldn’t show me the cars because they weren’t ready. I understood but just wanted a timeline on when they would be. I bought 3 cars from here when it was owned by the Allen’s and was very happy with the service. The GM Mike Lee wasn’t very kind. I tried explaining what we were looking for but he kept talking about the other cars and that they weren’t ready. I told him again I understood and asked what do you have that you can show me? He said, nothing and hung up on me. Very disappointing.

Helpful team but be careful for sneaky dealer add on scam.Rome provided excellent service and communication to help me find the right car for the right price. However, the dealership practices dishonest dealer add on programs. They charge $400 for $45 of protective film. Look it up on Amazon to see their mark ups. Rome found me a car without the product so I did not pay for it, but I would not recommend a dealership with these manipulative practices.

I could not have asked for a better customer service experience. Jimmy, Devon & company made the process smooth and painless. They didnt try to sell us anything we didnt need or haggle over the price. We were out of there in less than 45 minutes. My wife Kathy & I are extremely pleased with our Hyundai Santa Fe and the people at Allen Hyundai took great care of us. They even called us back a week later to make sure that we are enjoying the car and to answer any questions we may have.

Danny and the team at Allen Hyundai are super helpful and go above and beyond. I had a unique case where my 8 year old Sonata engine seized while driving southbound on the 5 freeway unexpectedly, and it was towed to this location. I had no idea this dealership existed. They diagnosed the problem, and realized it wasnt any fault of my own and petitioned to have the engine replaced on Hyundais dime. After a little bit of wresting with corporate, they finally got approved and replaced the engine in a matter of days. And the car is working beautifully! If you live in the area and want a reliable car along with superb service, please go to Allen!

Awhile back I lost the diamond out of my mothers engagement ring. I was devastated. I checked everywhere possible. And my car was one of those places. The next day I had service at Allen Hyundai and left my car there for most of the day with them. The shuttle wasnt available, so Jose, my service guy, took me in my car to my appointment. Several hours later, I got my car back, working fine, and of course they cleaned it. But to my surprise someone found my diamond and there it was in the very clean cup holder. Now, thinking about this just reminded me of why I spend the extra and go to Allen. That diamond could have been easily picked up and put in someones pocket, either Jose, the service men that worked on the car or the one who washed it, but no one did. To find honesty like this is rare in this day and age. Their work there is great, their customer service is very good, but as a whole their work ethic is fantastic!

I turned my older Hyundai in for general maintenance, recall needs and 100K inspection. Jose (Service) inspected the health of the vehicle, walked through all the recall needs, manufacturer recommendations for 100K and listened to my concerns/requests.Once car was turned over to Service, Jose kept me updated with inspection finds and mechanic recommendations. Contemplating my new options, I did not feel pressured or rushed into making a quick decision, Jose explained the options clearly and allowed ME to make the decisions needed to keep my car in good running condition and keeping within the budget I had set beforehand.So far, a very SUPER satisfied experience with the process, hoping that continues to be true, because the day will come for purchusing a new vehicle and my Hyundai has been very reliable over the years, so my next car will also be a Hyundai, with Allen Hyundai being the place of purcuse; thats how well my first experience with Allen Hyundai has gone so far. Let me just start off by saying, service member Ivan Avalos was a customer service hero! So, Im heading home to Sacramento from San Diego and my engine completely seizes on the freeway (just outside of San Clemente). I am completely immobile and panicked because I have to get home for an important appointment in less than 4 days. I have my vehicle towed to a local shop for diagnostic, luckily my eldest brother lives in Los Angeles, & I was able to stay with until I got the results the following morning. Next day rolls around and I am advised by the shop that there is a serious issue with the engine and they tell me I need to take it to the nearest Hyundai service center. Being that I was in LA and my vehicle was about an hour away I had to chose which shop to have it taken to, there was a location in Torrance nearest me and then there was Allen Hyundai, after speaking with a rep at Torrance I was told that the repairs could take several weeks due to the pandemic and the process if the issue was determined to be recall related. I was incredibly upset trying to organize how I would get home and get my car! Thats when I called Allen Hyundai and got Ivan, and boy was he a god send. He reassured me and prioritized my my claim. It was a no brainer after getting off the phone with him that I would confide in them for further diagnoses and repair. Once my vehicle was towed he greeted me outside by name and had my info input and processed promptly. It was Friday, and the service center is closed on weekends so he promised to update me on the vehicles condition as soon as he could that following monday, and he stood by his word. It was determined that my engine issue was recall associated and would be covered, but that the submission of the claim needs to be approved by corprate before I can get a rental. With my appointment the following day I ended up opting for a late flight home, and they were able to get me approved for a rental vehicle the following day. The repairs were prompt and my vehicle was courtesy towed to my local hyundai in Sacramento within a week! I am so grateful for the professionalism, organization, and reassurance during this hectic incident. I thank all of you at Allen Hyundai and also the mechanics for the prompt repairs.

After many years at Irvine Hyundai and many 1 star experiences there, I decided to give Allen Hyundai, Laguna Niguel a try. What a breath of fresh air! Steve P. the service advisor was friendly, attentive, organized, and provided excellent service. They had no history on my vehicle and could have suggested many services that I may or may not have needed, but the mechanics and their honesty were truly appreciated. My vehicle was serviced within the stated timeframe and everyone I encounter during my visit was professional. Glad I made the change and will be returning to Allen Hyundai in the future. 5 stars!

We just leased our second Hyundai fromAllen Hyundai. Previously, I had purchased a Santa Fe Sport from Allen. Also, we leased a Cadillac from Allen Cadillac. Always very pleased with the salespeople and finance person on previous dealings--not so much this time. Not real sure I would recommend Allen Hyundai again. Service Manager Cameron did a good job, but we definitely felt some pressure from the salesperson. Hard to get our questions answered. When we picked up the car, we were directed to a different sales person to show us the new safety features of the car and how to use all of the extras We were greeted by this salesman and he just stood by the car. Any questions? Want your new information booklets in the glove department? That was it! We have now talked to Cameron and have to go back to the dealership to have someone show us how to navigate all the new features. So, very disappointed.

We then have the pleasure of being called poor by a gentleman I can only imagine is the owner or his mentally handicapped brother. If youre like me, you generally hate going to car dealerships. Thats part of the reason why I hung on to my 2003 Hyundai Sonata for 12 years (that, and it was a very low-maintenance car for a very long time). Like all good things, though, my time with that car came to an end, and I decided to get a new Sonata Hybrid. I met Alex on the lot, and he took the time to listen as I explained what I was looking for in my next car, and what my budget would be like for it. He was very accommodating and easy to work with, as I felt absolutely no pressure to say yes to a deal that I did not like. After a bit of negotiation, we came to an agreement that allowed me to finance a new car with very little down and at an affordable monthly rate. Once we got to finance, Brian Carpenter was very helpful in explaining my options for the warranty and service packages. Ultimately, this was by far the easiest car buying experience Ive had, and I cant thank Alex and Brian enough for their efforts. I am extremely happy with my 2016 Hybrid.

If youre in the market for a Hyundai, go see these guys first. Dealt with several dealers in the process of getting a Hyundai and this dealership was far and away the most professional, reasonable, low-pressure and responsive of all of them. I have so many wonderful things to say, I am not sure where to begin!Being 76 and wanting to drive something really special, I began my search visiting many local car dealers. I had a good idea of what I wanted and what I could afford. I narrowed my search down to 3 makes and models. Hyundai was the third car I researched......I saved the best for last!!I went on line and Elise was the first person I touched base with. She was wonderful, and I told her my needs and she assured me that Allen Hyundai would see that my wishes would happen.Later that day, Trey Ross entered the picture. I have NEVER dealt with such a wonderful, patient, informative and caring person like Trey in my entire life. He asked my needs, wants, and was able to answer all my questions.....and there were many!! Needless to say, I had much to learn and he took the time to explain everything, searching for my new car. Of course, like any other female, I changed cars, from the Sport Sonata (which was awesome) because I tend to like bells, whistles, and some glitz, even at this age!. Enter, a beautiful silver Sonata Limited. My dream car! At this point in time, Blair Morrison came into the picture along with Brian Carpenter...........this wonderful team of people worked together to make it all happen for me. They searched every option and all the time considered only one thing.........ME!When I started this search, and having to do it alone, I dreaded it, as my former experiences with any car dealership were nerve wracking and took a toll on my nerves. I am also an East Coast transplant of just 3 years...........and did not know where to begin my search, nor did I even know what the results would be.The employees at Allen are unique and amazing. THEY REALLY CARE!!I absolutely love my new car, and because of the team of gentlemen who saw that, I was able to get my beautiful new car, I am beyond happy. Better show up in a luxury vehicle to shop there. I pulled up in a Mazda which the sales rep thought was a Ford and short story was dismissed and told if I was looking for a Cadillac for a Ford price, it wouldnt work. He never asked anything. I bought a vehicle there several years ago and had a bad experience and doesnt seem like anything has changed. BTW, MBZ Laguna Niguel wasnt condescending!

I have an outstanding repair that needs to be addressed on my car! I also purchased a extra package at the time of purchase. (EK-Bond) performance coatings. I now have a problem with the clear coat on the trunk lid of my car that is deteriorating. It has been repaired once before by Allen Hyundai, last year-due to the fact that the EK Bond service technician said it was due to poor quality paint from the factory and they said the Dealer would have to repaint that section of the car before they would perform their services again! Allen Hyundai did a repair to that section of the paint last year and it looked very good when we received the car back! It is now a year later and the clear coat is deteriorating again. When I asked Allen Hyundai to fix the problem again they said the car was no longer under warranty and they would not repair it again with out me paying for the repaint. I contacted EK-Bond about their warranty for their product and they have not replied to me, and it has been seven days since I filed a request for service! If this matter is not resolved in a timely manner to my sanctification, I will never go back to Allen Hyundai for any further services or vehicle purchases again!!! Steve Bartock

We brought it in the first time and they tried to just say it was a computer issue even though they knew it was coils. Steve did a good job for us however and did the right thing the second time within 2 weeks for the same issue. We were not sure why they wouldnt just fix it the first time.Thanks Steve
