Perfect place to get your any last minute travel stuff! Customer service was top notch, the girls were amazing so helpful and understanding. They were able to find everything I needed. Highly recommend this location!

Went in to use my gift card that I received from a friend on Oahu. The staff were helpful but not friendly for me. 2 employees asked specifically what I was looking for and what am I here for as if they were not going to be happy if i just wanted to look around first before I make a purchase decision. It didnt make me feel welcomed at all instead as if I was going to steal something. It was weird because there was only 1 other customer in the store who was getting their makeup done and not busy. Out of the 3 employees I came in contact with nobody said hi or hello or aloha or how are you. At first contact they just said, what are you here for, what are you looking for, and ready to check out? I remember the ladies used to be much friendlier...looks like my luck ran out.

Bought couple of items. But, the girl gave us the wrong items. Now I have to make a trip in Calif to get the right item!The only good thing about shopping in Hawaii is their tax rate!

Went here with my GF. They have a greeter at the front and immediately ask you what you want. I guess they must have a lot of theft but we got exactly what we wanted and the person helping us was really helpful.

I’m a teen and the seemed to think I was stealing the whole time despite never even swatching foundation to check if it was the right shade. They were nice and helpful but they really don’t give you your space. But the products themselves work great 👍

I was there on a Monday midmorning. I found the staff helpful and friendly. It’s a smaller Sephora but they carry the main brands so in a way that’s great.

Very bad customer service, I asked one of the employees for samples, she grabbed the products put them on a table and walked away. After waiting 5 minutes for her to come back and she didn’t. I asked someone else and he took forever. When I got home I realized that he put very little product in each samples not even enough for one use.

This is best sephora ever and you know why? Famous YouTube blogger and MD Viktoria(wikky3000) works here. Shes very knowledgeable and professional and will give you the best skin care advice! I truly recommend to visit this spot and talk to Viktoria, shes so sweet and will help you to find the best of makeup and skincare!

Staffs are rude, and like to assume that customers are stealing by following you thinking you wont notice, Calling security to literally watch you around like Im here to try new things out not to be followed. I felt so uncomfortable inside. Workers here needs to know how to get along with everyone, they judge you by your looks and age, its sad. Im NEVER going back there, all they do is assume, be fake, and watch you.

Unfriendly, unhelpful and lack of knowledge around their products the one star is because it was convenient to our hotel. This store must rely on the fact its the only one on Maui perhaps a lesson in 101 customer service is need in order for the business to thrive.
