I went shopping there today and asked about their spend $40 get $20 sale and they told me you can apply on separate transactions so I did that. They after paying for everything the manager said “ next time if doesn’t work like that - we are trying to stay in business”. I just spent $300 there in the last two days . You should appreciate your local business or not have sales if your going to be mad when customers take advantage of the sale!

I am here visiting on vacation. I stopped by just to browse and ended up purchasing an accessory for my GoPro. The girl at the register was very helpful and friendly. The store also has a great selection of name brand products and the best assortment of HydroFlask products that I’ve seen anywhere. I will definitely be shopping here again on my next visit to Maui.

Just left this shop (11/7/18) at 12:30 pm because literally no one greeted me. The two clerks were talking at the register and couldn’t be bothered to acknowledge my existence. I was ready to drop some serious money here, as I am here on a work trip from the Big Island. I even walked right by the register and one guy looked up but not so much as a hello or even a smile. I am a friendly person and always smile and say hi at least! Terrible attitude from your shops employees. I shop at the Hilo store and the staff is soooo friendly. Look into your staffing, you need to coach and train friendliness apparently.

I love to support one of the few TRULY local surf shops here on maui. The staff is very helpful, even if your just wondering the best place to eat in lahaina. They didnt have something I was looking for so they called another store for me to help find it. They went above and beyond and totally met my expectations.

Employee not willing to help. Very poor attitude towards customer. You can find all of their items online for half the price.
