My favorite jewelry store. Each piece has a unique design and clearly a lot of love invested in their creation. The staff is so creative and kind and has an incredible vision and this can easily be seen through the immaculate pieces they have created.Some of the reviews on here are baffling to me, as my experiences have only ever been positive. If youre polite and respectful, the staff returns that aloha, 100%.

Riyadh was so kind and helpful. This shop is full of amazing one of a kind pieces including beautiful jewelry handmade by Riyadh himself who you can see working at his bench when you come in. He not only helped me customize one of his pieces but he even helped me find unique souvenirs for the whole family. What a gem, thanks Riyadh!! So glad we came here instead of the ABC store to stock up on goodies for everyone back at home.

Possibly the worst customer service ever experienced. Never been treated so poorly by staff simply for browsing. I work in retail/customer service, so I understand how to converse with guests in a store. It is not difficult to at least be kind. We smiled and said hello while walking in to shop and browse for gifts for my family. Mind you we are three grown adults. The man behind the counter was extremely rude and yelled at each of us three times. We did not touch anything, yet were still somehow doing something wrong in his eyes. Do not go into this shop, unless you want your outing to be ruined by rudeness. I recommend literally any other shop on the strip, where kindness is given and received. Bitter man. Wish I could put 0 stars.

Love coming in time and again to see all the beautiful items for sale. Guy behind the counter deserves a nice dinner for his wonderful customer service. Loved our conversation. Keep it up!

The person working in the shop was extremely unprofessional. While waiting in line on the sidewalk the lady working there came from behind the counter and to the front door to scold us for standing on the public sidewalk because it could hinder people from walking into her business. Mind you there are only two of us, so it was not a large group that would have been covering the whole entrance anyways. We reminded her that she did not own the sidewalk and that we had the right to be there just as much as any one else. Of course we would move and not block the whole sidewalk if someone wanted to enter because thats just common sense. To that we were yelled at and thanked for visiting. What a warm welcome for any potential customer. While we there for 15 minutes only a single customer entered and unsurprisingly bought nothing. Based upon some of the other reviews it looks like other have had similar encounters with their hospitality. So if you are waiting in line for a business you actually want to be a patron of that is nearby, youve been warned.

I bought both a ring and pendant from this store, both hand made and of excellent quality. Love that they were both locally made.

Theres some neat locally made stuff in here and the prices are reasonable. Staff was friendly.

Shouted at me for looking at old license plates she had set up on the sidewalk. Everyone at the yacht club knows this is a bitter old woman DO NOT SHOP HERE shes just using it as a front to dodge taxes

Fun shop in Maui, the owners and workers are very helpful and friendly. The yarns are beautiful and hand dyed by a local artist, very good quality. Kamalei design have the best and reasonable price in town.

Owner was amazing and helpful in finding our 11 year old the perfect gift from Maui. Friendly and genuinely interested in where we were from and how our time in Maui has been.
