Always some great deals. Lots of quality goods especially the kitchen utensils. The 96 oz bottles of bleach for $2.50 are the cheapest on Maui. The staff are all very friendly very helpful and will get on the ladder to get items to high to reach. A real money saver Aloha Dollar Store is 😁

Great selection of stuff you would.normally need to go to the other side for. Party supplies, kitchen utensils and supplies, beach stuff, spices, etc. All for a lot cheaper than youll find anywhere else. Stop here first. Great to have a store like this on the west side

You can get cool cheap necklaces and bracelets here !! Don’t spend $6-$10 somewhere else when you can go here $1.75 ! A lot of knickknacks to bring home for a cheap price (magnets, hats, bags, beach wraps, souvenirs)

First time there. I loved it. Lots of cheap stuff. Items for everyone. Employees are extremely kind.

Although it could be renamed the $2 Store, its still got some great bargains. I look for brand names in canned goods and bottled drinks. All standard cleaning products are one of the best deals. Their small wood furniture is new and priced less thananywhere else on island. And it is all assembled. The staff are helpful and they offer a special rebate system for every $ you spend. It is clean and pleasant especially for items that other stores are out of. Plenty of free parking for customers and items as diverse as Hair Dye to Duct Tape. Ill be back.
This store definitely offers merchandise at cheaper pricing than what is being offered in the nearby stores, very happy with the inventory of merchandise, whether it is common household or tourists gifts and novelties.
Almost everything you need, but the name of the store is misleading because everything is around $2.00 and up.
The store is awesome ! Just to be clear for those complaining about the prices, it’s called Aloha dollar meaning it’s a discount store. The only chain in the mainland that has everything for 1$ is the 99 cent store. This is not that, although they have tons of things for 1$ you will also find items for 1.50-5.00$ hence the name ALOHA DOLLAR 🤦🏽♀️They have a great selection of house supplies you may need in a pinch, party supplies and they even have helium balloons. They have pool/beach gear, car supplies, make up and insect & school/office supplies. The owner is really nice. One day my car charger stopped working, I wasn’t sure if it was my car or the charger, so I asked the employee if I can run it to my car before I purchased it to be sure it worked. He totally did the honor system and let me, was stoked it worked out. Went back inside to pay for it. Just thought it was cool he put trust in me. They were also the only store during the pandemic that didn’t run out of bleach, peroxide and alcohol. Def. A hidden gem!Ps giving the store a bad rep because you forgot your mask is lame! Like any business on Maui, it’s not the business responsibility to take care of you like a child.
I was a bit irritated because i ran in to grab a drink. I had forgotten my mask so i lifted my shirt up to my nose and had it and my mouth securely covered. A cashier came out of the side area and asked me if i needed a mask. I said yes and was given one so i thanked her and got my drink. WHILE RINGING UP MY DRINK I WAS INFORMED THAT THE MASK COSTS 1.00 while thats no big deal and i had already put it on i would have appreciated being told before even being handed the mask what the price was because i took it for granted it was complimentary. Suppose i didnt have another dollar? I think it should be mandatory that all establishments everywhere that are open for business should have complimentary masks for any customer that may need one.

Not your regular dollar store especially for Lahaina. Quality stuff for great prices. It is family owned and they work hard to bring great things in. He fully supports local companies. Check it out, you wont be disappointed.
EXACTLY what we needed on the West Side! Super clean, bright, well-stocked, with a little bit of every day necessities. If you havent checked it out yet- you should definitely should do so soon! (but leave some for the rest of us, ah? LOL) And be easy on the shy kid at the register, hes still learning. Im stoked about this new store!
Absolutely fabulous prices on everyday items. Most are a dollar or two. Good snacks and excellent cleaning products. I really like their assortment of cleaning brushes and products. They carry the AWESOME! line of products that I used to get at Costco.Souvenirs are inexpensive (but NOT CHEAP!) So you can afford a little something for everyone you left on the mainland. Bar accessories, keychains, tropical jewelry and hair accessories. just to name a few.Forgot your phone charger? No worries you can get one here for a couple dollars.Need first aid or grooming supplies? Available here. Some pantry goods and getting more all the time.Toys for the sand & sea to keep em busy.They also have a wide variety of kitchen utensils and may even have pots and pans depending on inventory. I love the no mess mop I bought there for half the price it was anywhere else. I must say the staff are very friendly and helpful but bring your own bags because they dont supply them. If they dont have an empty box for you youll have to carry your items in hand! All in all a wonderful little general store with all kinds of very reasonably priced items.My favorite place to shop in Lahaina.

Junk store in a junk location. Small, dark with junk merchandise. I only saw 1 or 2 things for $1.00. Most start at$2 to$3 and up. Should be called More than a dollar store, nothing like the mainland Dollar Tree stores. Longs drugs would be a much better place to get your daily needs.

Yes! Best place to get sunglasses for the kiddos. They had floating, polarized sunglasses for $5! Such a good deal. Tons of other great stuff too. Highly recommend.

This is my 2nd time in Maui and 1st time in Aloha Dollar Store. I drove by twice and found out they are closed on Sundays. They are located inside a plaza and in the back corner next to the organic market.
