Owner was beyond helpful and knowledgeable.They had a great selection, sticker prices were a touch over online prices BUT sale (on all ukes) brought it below.Owner respected price ranges and had excellent selections in all ranges.Very good experience, low to no pressure sale.Would send anyone looking for a ukulele to him in a heart beat, $40 - over a grand.

Worst customer service ever. The man working there couldn’t even bring his head up off his iPad to acknowledge our presence. Too bad too because I was ready to buy a ukulele.

Great experience, at least for an absolute beginner who wanted to buy a uke. I received excellent help selecting an appropriate uke for my situation -- not too cheap, but not too expensive in case I never use it -- and walked off with an Islander tenor, a tuner, and a carrying case. Very happy. Then COVID-19 struck, and voila, plenty of time to practice. So far I havent gotten good enough to play to humans, but my dogs like the show, and I get better every week. I recommend this friendly shop.
