Great pricing, wish it had more stores (lots of empty spaces)
I love it!!!Good price and good location
Cute little outlet mall in a great location. Has Skechers, Addidas, Michael Kors, Tommy Bahama (with a restaurant and bar), Coach, Kate Spade, Crocs, Banana Republic, Gap, ABC store (for affordable souvenirs!), Maui Jim and more, including more Hawaiian-brand stores. Free parking. Very clean and safe area.
We went to Hilo Hatties here. A very popular shopping store for tourists. They carry quality souvenirs- from clothing to jewelry, to chocolate covered macadamia nuts to candles, housewares, shoes, toys, and much, much, more. You are greeted at the door with aloha and a shell lei and some pineapple juice. There is enough staff to help direct you or answer questions. Paid parking lot ticket is validated with purchase so you get 2 hrs of parking free. Credit cards accepted. WC accessible. Public restroom is located outside of the store we were told.
Wife loves the Coach outlet and I scored a great deal on Lucky Jeans!
Good parking in the back. Clean and family friendly. Can see the ocean.
Visited Hilo Hatties and broused through some other interesting mainland brand stores.
Great quiet mall, not too crowded.
Has all the high end shops like Coach and Michael Kors outlets, plus the best steakhouse on the island Ruth Chris Steakhouse.. definitely a place to go if youre into shopping on your vacation to Maui and want to spend lots of money, but honestly has the same stuff as countless high end malls around the country, so personally I would rather visit a more Hawaiian unique boutique on front street while you are on maui, or enjoy one of the endless beaches and natural outings that characterize this island, but thats just me. Its great for what is intended for: high end shopping. So thats all you can expect out of it. It is clean and has a nice aesthetic to it.
Loved walking around this place when I visited Maui. Walk around here if your bored and you have some extra money sitting around.
Nice selection of outlets just reopened and still working to build business back up. Nice shop people all around!
Always good deals here!
Nice place! Didnt buy anything but it was still a great place to shop. Lots of variety
Great place to grab stuff for the beach!
Dont take your credit card youll end up in debt.
Adidas store was clean and organized.
Two yrs ago. Daughter got married in Hawaii. We all bought dresses here for the luau later that night. Reasonably priced!
Found some great deals in Coach and Adidas
Theyve got what you need.
Shop here for a lot of savings!
Found some great deals!!!
Great shops
Easy to miss. Best ABC store we could find.
Great shops offering huge discounts on premium goods! Picked up a new pair of swim trunks for me and a cute set of PJs for my wife
Great bargains at Tommy Hilfiger for items you left on the mainland.
Very good deals.
This place is old and run down, hardly any stores have tenants.
Love Banana Rep,
The stores that are open are fine, with friendly folks to help you, but some of the prices are not what one would consider outlet level - at least not as I expected. But the worst part is that they charge you to park there, which was a thoroughly unexpected surprise. Even if you actually make a purchase you have to pay, which i feel is a total rip-off. Maybe they think taking advantage of folks from out of town is acceptable...it is not.
Many shops closed right now do to virus. My other visits there were good.ABC store is a nice shopping spot.
Great outlets and prices...especially the ABC stores
I wish we had an outlet mall like this where I live. The selection is good - unlike the huge outlet malls full of weird and malformed inventory I have been to. When I go to Lahaina I usually park in their covered parking and walk to front street. The parking is free if you get it validated.
A great place to go shopping, definitely. Beautiful set up, easy to get to, close the rest of Lahaina on foot when touring. Found many a great buy.
Nice retail stores
Visited during a cruise to the Hawaiian Islands. Spent two days in this port (overnight) the first day visiting all the small shops, of which there is almost anything you are looking for. This is a port which you need to tender into land. The 2nd day we were plagued with winds and 12 ft swells and did not go back into port and had our catamaran excursion cancelled because of the winds. Still a beautiful day filled with sunshine in paradise!
Went specifically to Hilo Hattie and found just what I was looking for and more! The other stores are awesome too. Parking g can be validated with a purchase
I wouldnt call this place an outlet like Im used to at home. This is more like a full price outdoor mall. Dont get me wrong, we appreciated the GAP, Sketchers for kids sandals, Guess for shorts, and a nice little swimsuit place for my wife. We just paid a lot for everything. They also charge $2 / 30 minutes parking but you get a 2 hour validation if you buy something.
Great little place for some great deals on high end products! Well kept up with clean facilities. Around the corner from the sea and a lovely street with more shops and bars. We loved it!
Hilo Hattie was puzzling. No leis given. Maui Jewelry disappointing. Bought pearl and setting but did not get another pearl as I had received from another store.Bathrooms very nice and clean.
Oddly quiet. Where are the customers? The only place we could find to get a drink in the morning was ABC store. There doesnt seem to be a food court or dining choices. Headed to one store that is on the brochure and isnt there anymore, so they need an updated map. The stores we went into were large with nice selections and helpful employees.
Wish there were a couple more stores but enjoyed the shopping. Free parking for 2 hours with validation. Close to downtown so park there and walk around.
This outdoor mall was deserted but had designer outlets just like any other outlet mall. The discounts were deep, combined with the low sales tax on Maui, making it a great stop if outlet shopping is your thing.Ample parking, and stores will validate your parking with any purchase.I didnt buy anything, but I browsed most of the bigger stores and the prices and selection were comparable to other outlets, without the stress of having to navigate crowds.
Good ongoing sales . Take advantage of the low and off season deals
A really good shopping outlet. The prices in a lot of the higher end stores are really good. Like 50-70% off most things.
We ventured to the outlets just as the rain started pouring. Most stores have a place to drop your wet umbrella. Definitely get your parking validated, otherwise it can be pricey. A variety of stores here like Adidas, Coach, The Gap, Tommy Hilfiger, Lucky to name a few. A great addition to a stroll down Front St.
3.5 not many stores to shop. The few stores that they do have, are pretty good deals. Ruths statehouse is a plus. If you continue to walk along they have a strip of shops, restaurants and art museums!
Really great deals. Coach, Michael Cors and other shops had 70 percentage off plus 20 off. Very nice service.
The parking is listed as $2 per half hour, no notice regarding validation is suggested. If it were cheaper, I feel they would get more visitors. Or advertise the validation options.Poorly sign posted. Not busy here, but good shops.A coffee shop at this location would be useful too.
Kate Spade and MK prices arw to Die for!
Lots of nice outlets shops. Good selections in the stores. Friendly staff and very clean
We shop around with great stores. Since we are from Los Angeles we super shop at the ABC Store. They give us a present for buying lots of things. Best place to buy souvenirs for family and friend ay a very affordable price.
Very Quiet in there now!! Alot of Vacancies!! But its still a nice place!!
Lots of shops, its pay parking. There are shuttles from various resorts that you can catch to get here. The shops are a little tricky to find, use the provided maps it will help. Otherwise go island time and wander the maze and enjoy the wonderful weather.
Awesomely cheap for high end branded goods.Im just a bit frightened as my wife rang to say my teenage and adult daughters were going crazy.... 😜
Good Bargains here, if your from NZ or somewhere colder take plenty of stops and hydrate! Could do with better Toilet Facilities. Choose footwear for comfort rather than fashion because your feet are going to ache! Make sure you take a walk down the main street for something different also.
This was a nice place to go walk around on a cool rainy night. You have to pay for parking and I wouldn’t call them outlets since everything was normal price. It’s was just.. ok
Loved it all the outlet stores you can think of in one place nothing like shopping in Hawaii Maui was amazing. Something to do after a nice day of touring Maui do a little shopping back to the hotel cruise ship whatever you are. Out for a nice meal
A lot of high-priced items still, but some good clearance sections especially Carters. Pretty good organization through most of the stores I stopped in and friendly service at the places I purchased from but probably wont go back for my next visit to Maui because it just wasnt that great of a selection of stores or discounts. I would say the stores are geared towards 20-somethings more than 30-somethings and up.
Ok, nothing special. Be sure to have your parking ticket validated. Spend your time doing Hawaiian things instead.
Outlets were nice. They are dwindling. Not as many, as previous years. Clean. Nice variety.
The parking here needs to be a little more clear. I thought that if you shop here then you get free parking. This was not the case. We bought things from Tommy Hilfiger and got the validation ticket. After 2 hours of shopping the guy at the gate said your parking validation is only good for 2 hours. The parking here is completely false advertisement. We still had to pay $2 for parking. I’m not mad about the $2 but i’m just mad that it was not free if we shopped there. You would think if your shipping at the mall you should be allowed free parking because it’s boosting the sales of the stores there. But nope it’s not free if you shop here for more than 2 hours you still need to pay.
Ok deals. Some good souvenir shops with ok deals. Get your Gucci in Florence. U can get Gap anywhere.
Not alot of store so this is a small outlet. Found some great deals. And the staff at the adidas store was great.
Kind of a ghost town. All of the stores are out of whatever it is you want to find for some reason. Seems like stores want to get out of there just about every store was having a big sale!
When they have good sales, the prices are better than online and the mainland. But when they are NOT having sales, its not even remotely a good deal, lol.
Love that we have an outlet on Maui. Sales deals are very reasonable. Parking is available so if you spend about $15 or more you can validated your parking ticket. A place to shop for high end bags and products for a low cost deals.
For Maui a very nice outlet center. Goods for sale are at reasonable prices.
Decent place with more of your upscale shops. The best deals were at Guess store.
Very Nice, good for a Shopping place you have everything in a short distance.
Small outlet mall, a couple good stores. Paid parking which is ridiculous but if you buy something at a store they will validate it for free. Very well kept, public restrooms, and clean
Comedy/Magic show was utterly AMAZING!!!!John George to the fullest. Best comic Ive seen live by FAR!
Lots of outlet stores for every taste. Generally good bargains. Casual atmosphere.
Nice stores with AC and lots of shade in-between the stores. Restrooms were also nicely upkept
Good price at well stocked stores
Tons of great shops and restaurants located right on the water! Some blogs state that it’s tacky but we didn’t think so at all. Billabong, Quick Silver & a lot of other clothing stores. Lots of parking very close by in a big lot. Be careful not to park between the Bus Only signs even if a ton of cars are there - we saw 2 people getting towed at 2pm and he was coming back to tow more. We never had a problem finding a place to park though if you don’t mind a short walk to the main shops.
Wasnt really expecting to shop. Its a little removed and quietly located at the end of old Town Lahina.Upside very nice outdoor shopping experience. ABC Store is the hit.Downside, could have done this at home.
Hammered my wallet at the Adidas shop as it had great bargains.
This place was not busy. We found some amazing deals here. Also, if you walk across the street and down some there are more shops and restaurants. Id certainly start at the outlets though because the best prices were here!!!
Spent a few hours shopping and our parking validation was only good for 2 hours, had to pay for an hour. Could have parked for free elsewhere.
Nice shops. Lots of variety and good service
Small outlet mall with limited stores but good place to buy souvenirs
Simply amazing name brand stores with over 50% savings and amazing professional staff. The Outlets of Maui is the premier place for locals and visitors to get name brand items with great service at over 50% off. They truly embody the Aloha spirit.

Cozy, not crowded outlets by the ocean is good place for relaxation and making fun on shopping. Not many shops but make your mood on shopping go wild.
Several good shops including Hilo Hatties. Great bargains on quality items.
Enjoyed this mall as it was not too busy and had a very laid back atmosphere
It seems strange to me that people come to Maui and shop at the Gap, Tommy Hilfiger, Banana Republic, Coach and strangest yet, Brooks Brothers! The Outlets at Maui also features an ABC Store (a touristy, 7/11 that had become synonymous with Hawaii for decades) and Hilo Hatties, an island sensation created to provide one-stop shopping for first time visitors. Hilo Hatties provides the best Maui tourist experience in the mall, but the Wharf Cinema Center, a couple of blocks away, provides more variety, more of a local feel and an excellent selection of both touristy and nicer shops.
