Awesome Staff!!!This is the first place I go to for everything I need. Trailers, home improvement, generators, heaters... You name it!!!! Im a DIY person so I always need more tools and tool accessories and every time I go get have what I need. The staff always provide me direct attention and as I explain what Im doing they always direct me and inform me about what I might also need and why. A girl in a tool store that doesnt make me feel ignorant, thats what I love the most next to everything I buy lasts. They sell quality products and that make me confident in shopping here.

Shopping there is great! But Ill admit when buying a display item make sure everything is accounted for on it. I didnt check and found hose clamps missing plug was missing and pressure gauge was missing also. This was on a north star display sprayer!

Theirs not enough workers to help customers in this store. Theirs no sense that a customer has to wait 15 minutes just to ask a question if they have something in stock. Every employee, including the cashiers, should know at least something about what is sold in a store.

Great Store Good Customer Service Always

Easy to use website, just have to see how the shipment / receiving part of the process works.

Poorly trained employees do not know the names of common tools, called a punch a tap, doesntknow what a pop rivet is. The store is laid out almost randomly and many of the aisle numbers are covered by hanging displays. This was my first visit and it will be my last. Another customer got frustrated and left right before I did.

We love dealing with Northern Tool. They always have the tools we need at great prices.

I went to the Lake Charles store today to buy scaffolding advertised at $119 dollars. When I asked the manager about the scaffolding he snatched the sale sign down and told me that the price was $134, and sarcastically stated that it was only $15 dollars more not even the cost of a tank of gas. This is from a store that says it honors their advertised prices When I asked the cashier about this she stated that was the manager and there was nothing she could do. Very poor customer relations,later the store manage contacted me and offer a solution that was satisfactory. I feel more confident in their commitment to the customer.

I, a woman, went into this store to look for a compound miter saw that I wanted and needed for my work. After looking I decided to look somewhere else because they didnt have the one I want. While husband went to the bathroom a sales man asked me if I needed help finding something. I informed him I found it but it wasnt the one I wantedMy husband walked up and he asked him the same question. I then informed the employee that he was with me and the salesman said, Well Im asking him because this is a mans store. !!!! Wow that was the end of my shopping there!!!

Nice staff,clean facility with a large variety of tools. Beyond thats is grossly overpriced and they have without a doubt the most pathetic warranty policy Ive ever witnessed. Must have a receipt in hand for broken klutch tools to be warrantied... Who holds on to a receipt for 3 years on a socket set? One with a lifetime warranty at that! I no longer shop at this store and wouldnt be surprised if they closed down in the coming years. Poor management and even worst policies will ultimately be this companys demise...

Decent little store. It has good tools and has most of the farming utensils Im looking for. Im talking about smaller stuff such as trailer parts, sprayers, compressors, etc. Not at a bad price either.

No one ever answers the phone in the parts and service department, I need parts for a wire flux welding machine the website is useless. I dont think I will ever step foot in the actual store since I cant even get a simple question answered.

After hurricane harvey got a generator was happy to find one in stock price of gen. Went from 229 before harvey to 399 then went back down to 229.how low of northern tool . wont be back.
