Mike and his team at Lake Charles Collision Center did such an incredible job for me! My truck was totaled by my insurance company in Lake Charles. I live 300 miles away in Texas, so this job was done by long distance and a lot of faith. Long story short, I got my truck back from LCCC 3 months ago and I waited to see how the repairs held up before I wrote this review. Well, I am so pleased to say that everything (including the brand new transmission) on my once totaled truck not only looks fantastic, but mechanically it runs like a new vehicle. WOW!! Mike is a great guy to work with, knows his stuff!, and always had my lowest total cost in mind. In fact, I feel that he went very far out of his way, time-wise, to save me some money on some sensors that werent cooperating. I cant say enough good things about Lake Charles Collision Center, WOW, did they come though for me!!

Today I went into this shop to get a car estimate for my insurance claim. I had never ever done this and already was stressed from my insurance not explaining all the details they should. The moment I walked in, Stephanie, approached my dad and I with a welcoming personality. She was so genuine and very friendly. She threw in helpful extra details that I never would have even thought to ask! She went above and beyond to make sure I felt comfortable and understood what she had to say. She also knows what she’s doing, that’s for sure! I haven’t gotten my car repaired yet but have scheduled to do so! I will for sure be spreading the word around because the other shops were so rude. I won’t go to another collision center now that’s for sure.

Seriously the BEST all the way around! Always kept me informed with any new information & progress, worked directly with the insurance company, and did an amazing job! They had to cut the cab of our F250 out and redo it as well as the bed and repainting. The truck looks fantastic! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Mike accommodated my schedule to check for possible frame problems with my truck. He inspected my frame and found everything was as it was supposed to be and all I needed was to have it aligned at a reputable place. He did not charge me for this inspection. Very honest, straightforward, and I was well treated. I would highly recommend this place to anyone.

Where do I begin?? Stephanie and the gang have been AMAZING! Unfortunately, we had switched to GEICO to save $ and even with the high coverages GEICO still didnt want to do their job. Stephanie stepped in and handled EVERYTHING, even helped with the rental car. THANK YOU LAKE CHARLES COLLISION CENTER!

The staff here was very friendly and homey. Treated my baby with care and i cant even tell she was hurt.Had a 08 Saturn Sky with a fender torn, only cost $200 to repair. Very reasonable.

Recommend all car repairs to this guy ! He did me a life saver and Ill be forever grateful for him he just doesnt even have a clue! Great great work !!
