I recently bought a new set of tires for my older Toyota 4Runner. Christian helped me choose the tire and they arrived the next day. I was pleased with the time it took them to mount and balance the new set. They even reinstalled my spare tire and tools where they belong. And since I bought my tires from Lake Charles Toyota, they include free tire rotations for the life of the tires! I think thats a nice perk!
I drove up at the appointed time and was seen immediately. The attendant took my information, asked me to leave the vehicle with her and directed me inside to an immaculate and comfortable waiting area. The free coffee was great, the serving area like the best hotels, a television viewing area with coaches and chairs. Tables abounded in the waiting area to sit and read, view my phone, and even a gift shop was therein. Very pleasant and pleasing, safe and secure, spacious, uncluttered, and uncrowded. Names were called by the service assistant who entered the waiting area, as vehicles became available for pickup after being serviced. The paperwork was presented with explanation, any and all questions answered. Proceeded with attendant to checkout, stepped outside and my car was waiting. Everyone was not only friendly and personable, but professional, patient, polished in greeting and presentation. It was a super service experience by a super dealership with quality employees who reflect the philosophy of good service and a better experience as espoused by the family ownership. I had an appointment. After sitting out front for 15 minutes, someone finally remembered to tell Miss Sandy that I was there. I was there for a tire Rotation. Also the tire pressure light would not go out on the dash. I left over 2 hours later. I believe this also happened the last time I had an appointment. I just dont understand the purpose of an appointment. Miss Sandy said that yall were very backed up. She was very apologetic and I do not blame her for the delay. However, It just makes me feel like my time is not valuable to your business.
My husband and I have purchased two vehicles from Lake Charles Toyota. Jimmy Thomas took care of us both times. He was knowledgeable about Toyota vehicles and the buying process, listened to our needs and guided us, without being pushy, in the direction we needed to go. We love our choices of the Tundra and Sequoia. We take full advantage of the free oil change for life on the Tundra, that we purchased new, and the service has always been so great that we drive to Lake Charles for oil change and maintenance on our Sequoia. Each time I visit this location I am greeted in a welcoming and professional manner. It doesn’t matter where I am in the dealership, I can ask a question and be led to where I can find the answers. No one “passes the buck” There’s a lot to be said for great customer service that seems to be so very much lacking these days. Lake Charles Toyota, keep the customer service and we will be returning.
Service is great, it’s the financial advisor I had issues with when purchasing my vehicle. Glen Priola and Mr Rusty took good care of me.
My husband, Joe had just traded in his truck that was still in great condition but he had wanted an updated truck with more of the safety things that are so helpful and we had already purchased a Toyota Corolla from the Lake Charles Toyota dealership and we were impressed with the sales person and all the Toyota team that helped us. My husband is enjoying his Toyota truck and we appreciate the professional and friendly staff and we are hoping to be able to get another vehicle later and I’m only wanting to purchase my next vehicle from Lake Charles Toyota dealership. Through the many years and doing business with other dealerships, Lake Charles Toyota dealership is by far the best and we’re sincerely thankful for the service and the way they really care! We had a difficult to diagnose problem with engine periodicly running rough. The mechanics where able to find it at fix it for $200 even though the computer diagnostic did not detect. An intermittent coil firing issue.
I am so thankful for LC Toyota! We had to evacuate for Ida and caught a flat. They were able to get it fixed up quickly and for a much better price than expected. They helped make an incredibly stressful situation much easier!
The service person assigned to me did a great job. As far as the service part, there was a lot to be desired. This is the second time I’ve brought it it to get its usual service and they do not check the tire pressure, even though they checked it off on the paperwork. I wonder what else their not checking…..
Incredibly friendly staff - starting as soon as you drive up -you are greeted with the friendliest smile and greeting! I usually wait for my car to get serviced and have never had to wait more than 30 minutes - very quick. The only small complaint…is that I have very light interior …so when it’s being serviced by the hard workers …somehow I always have dark hand marks on the ceiling by the door and above the door …I’m sure they are completely unaware and is not intentional …just thought this might be helpful for future.
I made the appointment but upon driving up to the service section- I waited. After 5 minutes the gentleman came and put a tag in my car and said a lady would be with me shortly- she was at lunch. I’ve never been for a service with my new vehicle until this day so was unfamiliar with how everything works. After waiting 25 minutes my service person Sandy came to ask me a few questions. She apologized for my wait and asked if anyone helped me as she was at lunch. She apologized again and said she would bring this issue up with the staff. I said thank you. The first service didn’t take much time. I waited longer for someone to assist me than the service itself. Sandy was very thorough, going over my inspection list before sending me on my way. Sandy made up for the initial negative start to my first service. I appreciate her!
Although it was a small, manageable problem with my tires not at the correct pressure range following a tire rotation. A team of service reps jumped on the issue and made it right. That was much appreciated.
Every time we come for our service the staff is wonderful! Charles Wooldrige is like family!! The service could go a little faster but it’s always been good.

Drop off was quick and easy. I was contacted by my service technician with details on the routine maintenance and cost. They notified me when the car was ready and payment was quick and the car was waiting for me when I arrived to pick it up.
Parts had to be ordered but they came in a week AHEAD of schedule so AW squeezed me in because I didn’t have an appointment scheduled!Best part was, the bill ended up being lower than the estimate!Thanks AW!⚜️

I was told the cat would be ready at 3:00 cuz they were finishing up now. I was there at 3:00 and did not get home ‘till 5:00. The car was pulling to the right when they checked it out. This the delay. When I Left at 5:00. The car was still pulling to the right. I will bring my car back in.
I always enjoy getting my vehicle serviced here. The moment you drive up I am greeted with someone with a smile always eager to help and they do a thorough job asking you what all services you need done that day. I usually drop my vehicle off and I always get a call to let me know status of the service and if there was anything else they found upon service. My overall experience has been great as I have purchased 4 vehicles over the last several because I know from the time I arrive at the dealership and long after that I always the the best customer experience second to none!!
I have used Lake Charles Toyota since I purchased my truck. Always great service and value. I always try and schedule my visit and when I do they are always fast and on time. Sometimes I am unable to schedule but they work me in quickly and their waiting area is comfortable. Highly recommend their service and parts departments
Routine maintenance except oil change which is due at 22,000 miles. Also they looked into a rear air problem where the temperature rises with turning any controls but they could not duplicate the problem, therefore it was not fixed..advised to sync the front and rear air together. They did replace something on the fuel line.
As always, polite, efficient, and respectful of my time. I am very happy that I purchased my vehicle from here and will most definitely purchase again in the future. Ms. Kailey is phenomenal and had me on my way before my promised completion time.
I when there for a airbag recall at 8:30am and was told when I called to setup the repair that I would be provided a loaner vehicle. I checked in and asked about my rental she told me to wait for a guy I waited for 15 minutes so I asked about it again she said she didnt know where he was I told here I need to get to work so she when to look for him waited 20 minutes the I asked someone else and they told me the where no cars to rent so they said they would hurry up and do my car first. Thats great and all but I was still late for work what is the point in getting a rental car if there where no . All in all I felt like I was an inconvenience to them never again lesson learned
Lake charles toyota makes you feel like family. Never had any issues with service or sales. I have always felt like they knew me my entire life. The salesman was dead honest with everything and was actually looking out for me instead of his own paycheck. I got the greatest of a deal and gained a friendship from it. I 100% reccomend Lake Charles toyota.
Visited the Toyota Service Center for a quick Oil change. I didnt have an appointment nor do I drive a Toyota, but with no local Infiniti service centers I chose this location. Michael welcomed me and checked me in as if I did have an appointment with no hesitation. The driveway WAS full and they handled the morning rush with ease! The lobby is spacious, clean, and welcoming. Will visit this location again for my next service. -ALonna
I’ve brought my tundra to them since day 1. I bought it from them brand new. The service department is usually decent about how long the truck will be in the back. Here lately they have been wrong by hours, not minutes. Be prepared to spend 3hrs minimum, if your bringing your vehicle in for service.
I have owned a toyota since 1997. I barely use the service department but for the free oil changes & rotation that comes with my vehicles. I have bought Camrys in 1997, 2008, 2011, 2013, 2015, 2020 & yesterday with five of them being white. I won’t change the make of my vehicle or the place that I buy my vehicles! I have always loved the way Toyota handles everything from new sales to service. Thank you!

Whoever my service person, I never did get her name, I have no idea what was done to the car. I never was able to speak to her. I definitely am not happy with this appointment. I had questions about the car. Never was able to address them. My lease agreement is up in 2022 & I was hoping to buy another Toyota, but maybe not.Merry Fontenot

I have Lake Charles Toyota change the oil in my Tundra for 11+ years and I love the service people. And I love my Tundra.
Replaced 2 back tires. Scheduled for alignment as well. Alignment wasn’t done even though it had been recommended. Had to wait an additional 2+ hours for alignment. Alignment took 20 minutes. Not entirely sure it was even done.
Made an appointment for an oil change. Everyone was friendly and the waiting area was nice.It took 1 1/2 hours, seems a little long for just an oil change. But it was a pleasant area to wait.
The service advisor was kind, professional and did a couple of things going above and beyond expectations. He was able to provide a complete service history, update my warranty information on file, and let me decide how to go about managing the manufacturers recommend maintenance.I was pretty happy about the way he was able to have a technician do a walk-through of the undercarriage of my truck. The technician was courteous and knowledgeable of specific procedures regarding proper maintenance.For service and maintenance, go see Mr. Michael S. at Lake Charles Toyota; hell take care of you and is not going to try to rip you off. I was impressed.
We came in on 7.05.21 ... to ask about cost to change valve cover gasket. We got an estimate and set an appt. Also rep asked parts to order one of the gaskets they didnt have. So we came back 7.08.21 to drop the truck for appt. But was called more than 3 hrs later to tell us we need to change engine. But we wanted to talk with the mechanic about that. Get to dealer and the mechanic did not even do anything he just heard that we had oil on spark plugs and had his own opinion about it... we told him we still wanted the gaskets changed ... even though he did no research on the problem... we were told that a gasket had to be ordered ... meaning back on 7.05.21 it was not ordered ... so another day of leaving the truck... it seems to work but it was like we were not given a choice ... my husband looked up about the gaskets before we even made the appt the first time... I feel that it could have been better if you give the options instead of offering only one choice. I feel it was the mechanic that didnt give us our choices ... he only gave one ... I like bringing my vehicles hear because of the good service... but it will be questioned now ...

I received free oil changes for as long as I own my car. 115,000 miles so far on this Highlander. Service specialists and repair technicians are friendly and knowledgeable about the service, and recommendations for additional repairs. There is also not a hard sell on additional services when you tell them not this time, unless they feel it is not safe to put you back on the road.

My experience at Toyota was not the best this go around. The people are always nice but I made an appt to have a tire rotation. I sat for two hours to have a service that should of taken 15-30 mins. Again everyone is nice but I definitely think twice about going somewhere else to get a service that will be done in a timely manner.

I love my service advisor. I was disappointed in learning that my extended warranty ran out last year and I received no notification. Now I will be spending and outrageous amount to replace my radio that has an electrical issue since Laura. But the service team is amazing. Thank you AW for always taking care of my family!
Great job on oil change. We walked to Waffle House. About 10 minutes after we got back to the dealership the car was done.We met a great salesman out in the lot. David Stewart was kind and engaged us in conversation. He took time to listen to us even though he knew we weren’t going to purchase a vehicle.

I have owned my current Toyota for almost a year and before this one, I had a Toyota previously, both purchased through Lake Charles Toyota. It’s fairly simple to find a nice car and even a sales person willing to make a sale, but having the excellent follow up service by both the service department as well as an amazing sales person, thank you Mr. Glen Priola, (that still checks in after a year to be sure everything is going well) is getting more and more difficult. Lake Charles Toyota service still surprises me every time I go in with their kind, helpful and quick service. Fortunately I haven’t had any serious problems, just maintenance. It’s what keeps me coming back and sharing with my friends and family!

We purchased a used vehicle from this dealership with the promise that they would be able to service any/all issues that may arise. Our vehicle has gone in for several issues & the only thing theyve been able to do is the oil change. But scheduling them is a feat in itself. All other issues results in the vehicle being sent to Houston for repair. After the 2nd time of going to Houston, we decided that itd be best that we get it in writing that they would handle the transport, since thats what they said would happen if they could not handle the issues. My vehicle has been sent to Houston 3 times, gone several weeks each time. Its gone at this very moment. On March 26, I went in for a check engine light. After sitting in their waiting area for over 5 hours, they could not figure out what was throwing the code and told me I would have to go to Houston. After having to show them the written agreement that they would handle the transport, it was scheduled to go Monday 3/29. It actually went Tuesday evening. They called me Wednesday 3/31 to tell me that it made it there, leading me to believe it went Monday like it was supposed to. Here it is 4/19, and Ive not gotten a single call from them with an update. Its been a headache since day 1. So much so that they offered to put us in a different (cheaper) vehicle to save them the trouble. All in all, use caution. Some people have had great experiences, that may be whoever is reading this. Others may not. Its a gamble. I will not buy another vehicle from this dealership. They say Raise your expectations but my expectations are so low at this point that there is nowhere to go but up.
Great, timely service on the oil change. Waiting area was clean and quiet. The nature show on tv was so nice. The service recommendations were extremely steep as far as pricing goes, but it was a nice cue to take care of a few things on my own.
I had a appointment at 8 AM when they opened. I got there at 8:05 and their were 14 cars in front of me and most of them didn’t have appointments. they took their vehicles before mine so just beware that they probably won’t respect your appointment

My wife brought my car in for service on Wednesday 6/23 i got an oil change and tire roation to my 2020 Camry. When i got home I discovered a dent in the front left fender above the tire. You can clearly tell it was damaged my the technician hiting fender with tire while rotating tires. I know they usually take before pictures. I have contacted them and will be bringing my car in today for them to look at it. If this is not made right I can assure you I will take my bussines elsewhere.
The welcoming and professional atmosphere of Lake Charles Toyota is unlike any I have experienced at other dealerships over my many years of owning and having service done on my vehicles! The Tarver’s and their employees’ many contributions to our community, especially to our teachers and DeWanna’s closet for our needy students is inspirational. This is what got me to Lake Charles Toyota but I’ll be a customer as long as I’m driving!

I went for maintenance--oil change and tire rotation. Service was completed quickly and everything that was done was explained thoroughly. I appreciate that recommendations for future services are made if needed. That way I am not taken by surprise if I need to replace tires or something more expensive.

Not really pleased, was there 1 1/2 hours for an oil change, some people were there over 2 hours! They definitely overbooked. On the positive side, the guy told me they were 1 1/2 hours behind.
I had an appointment @ 9:00 am. sat for 2 hours while others, who showed up after me came and went, when getting the same service done, (oil change/tire rotation) My service rep said she was in a meeting. She did apologized, however I’m sure you can understand how frustrating, and thoroughly unacceptable the situation was. This is the second time I was left wanting for hours, without any updates or contact during my wait. Your sevice department needs to do better.

I had an airbag recall appointment at 8am. I was greeted promptly and told it would take around an hour. 45 minutes later my vehicle was ready. Free coffee and popcorn. No issues.
