I’m new to the LC area and have only had my car serviced previously at BMW dealership in BR. Since their are no BMW dealerships here in LC, I called European Automotive to inquire/schedule appointment for regular maintenance oil change/fluids etc. Before I could finish saying “ hello, my name is …” the man began yelling (yes, yelling) “don’t call me on speaker phone” - “don’t call here like this” …completely stunned, I replied: “I’m actually calling you through the BMW Bluetooth hands free feature, but no worries, I will call someone else for servicing”Geez Louise, I’ve never experienced that level of unprofessionalism as a consumer.
