I give it 3 stars. They have a lot of useful items there, but you can get a number of the same things elsewhere for cheaper. However, the reason why I give it 3 stars isnt due to that. I dont like being pursued as soon as I come in the store asking me tons of questions. Im the type where if I need help Ill come find you. Otherwise, I just enjoy browsing. I feel like I cant think on anything that I may acutally need because Im being pestered. I dont know if someone higher up has them trying to be good customer service or what. I just know I dont like it when Im bombarded with how can we help you and what are you looking for questions. Other than that, they do have supplies that I get from time to time.

The folks were very helpful. They got us setup with the right boat repair materials, and didnt over sale us.

They lost a sale because it took to long for the manager to call back with a price. We went to another store and got the same item for half the price as West Marine.
