Great customer service and quality work!!

The first time I ordered a banner I was so happy with how quickly it was printed and the quality was great! Then I go back and want to order two smaller signs.. this is where the issue arises. They couldnt pull it off a second time. I was first told it would be completed this week (This was Tuesday) and that printing it would only take about 45 minutes once I approved the proof. I told her thats exactly what I needed because I needed it by Friday. Allnis good, I leave thinking I will have my signs by Friday. I call Thursday because I still havent gotten a proof to approve only to be told I was misinformed about how long it would take to get my order ready. Im not sure how I was misinformed when I was standing across the counter from the person speaking to me. Anyway, I had to pull something else together for my event that weekend. Now fast forward a week later... I go to pick the signs up before 5pm and everything is locked up, phones are set to voicemail, and no one is there. They close AT 5. That means the doors shouldnt be locked up until 5pm. Thats just poor customer service. Im not sure if Ill even bother going to pick them up now and waste my time or money.

Having a business myself I strive for great customer service.
