Was told to leave cause I didnt have a mask on. I have a medical condition and cant wear one. Woman behind counter was rude and told me it was the governors orders. I said I had a quick question about cigarette hard boxes and was told she dont answer questions without a mask. Ill just order online then, they wont ever see a dime from me. VERY RUDE.

Quickly in and out, most of the time customer service is fantastic. Theres always a bad egg...

I get my cigs there for $40 a carton. Not everything is that low, but that price is $20 less than what I would have to pay at the next cheaper store. Employees are friendly and helpful.

Really friendly employees. They always love to have a conversation, ask you how you are etc. The store is kept up pretty well too. Its a bit cluttered though. The store isnt that big, and theres a lot of product in it. My purse has knocked into a few things when walking around. Other than that, it was a pleasant experience.

This location is best if you feel like standing in line all damn day, while the employees eat, and talk, and other randomness. Once i went there they cooking sausages at the counter. They always out of stuff, and depending on the mood of the cashiers the staff is mostly rude. I hate going there. Its closest to my home so I do when im in a hurry. Lots of improvement needed. Especially the eating at the register, then handing people money. NASTY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I went to this place to buy tubes and tobacco and when i get there the place is packed. One of the ladies on tge register is closing while the other lady was throwing a temper tantrum because she closed her register. After i waited in her line. So i move to the other line. After multiple people cut the line anyway thats irrelevant so its my turn finally, i get to the one register thats open and wouldnt you know i forgot my wallet with my DL in it. So i set my cash on the counter and asked her to hold it so i can run out to the car taking 1 whole minute. I coome back and she rings up my box of hot rod tubes $ 3.50 each and s small bag of 4 aces 6 ouz bag $5.19 a bag. 9$ and some change total tops right well all the cash i hadto my name was 21$ 2 10 $ bills and a 1$bill. I didnt get any change back at all. She said i gave her 1 10$ bill. No .No No.. Then after i have words she says i can take your number and call you if my drawer is over at 9 pm. Well i got no call... So i call them this morning and ask one of the ladies what happened and dont you know her drawer was 7 and some change short. Well looks to me you got a person that pockets stuff. Cause that means she is 17+ short. Anyway. They are either covering for her or they just dont give a S*#t. I will not show my face in there again. And i will let everyone i know about their customer service.

I go to Tobacco Plus to buy Coca Cola products for me and lots of snacks for my grandchildren. The ladies that work at this particular store are super nice and they treat their customers like family.
