When I lost the stylist Id been going to since 2009, I felt like I would find someone by asking people whose hair I liked. The first two people I asked told me Marissa at Bauhaus! I booked her and am so glad I found her! Just had a wonderful cut, great advice, fun products, and an excellent stylist with a great personality~

I had a signature facial and it was excellent. Stacie was very knowledgeable but didn’t try to be too pushy on the products. Her service and products sold themselves and I’m loving them. I will definitely be back.

I was recommended this salon by my significant other, as I was looking for a new place to have a man’s haircut. So far, I have only had one haircut to date. About a week ago, I text the number that had sent me updates and reminders, as I had a question on a clean up, but no one ever got back with me. To my knowledge, I remember asking a Nicole or Sarah, may have wrong name here, but I even asked if I could text this number and someone actually texts back, I asked. She said yes sir that is correct. I decided to later that afternoon call into the salon, however no one answered. I left a detailed voicemail, yet no call back. Today, I called again, leaving another message or voicemail. I then text the number in writing, asking for any availability for Taylor, yet still after just about a week, still no call back or text or confirmation. My significant other called this afternoon and text “after hours.” Surprisingly, a person responded. I don’t understand why a salon would treat their customers that way and either be too busy or just ignore you straight up. Likely, because of how I word my statements or long winded. Even though Taylor did a great job on my hair, customer service is a top priority. The face you see or communicate with, can shatter a great experience. They are the first ones you see and the last. For me, whomever takes calls and texts, ruined my experience. Will be shopping elsewhere. Would not recommend this Salon.

I went to Marissa and the work she did was phenomenal. I got 10-12 inches cut off and she did it beautifully. She really listened to what I wanted (and didnt want). Marissa was so kind and professional. I highly recommend her and will definitely be back.

*Edit: After posting this review the salon manager, Roxy, reached out to me and corrected the situation.I made an appointment at this salon and discussed natural balayage highlights with the stylist. I showed her pictures and she said that it would be easy for her to do. She ended up dying all of my hair blonde. The color turned out uneven, brassy and orange in addition to not being the style I wanted. I was charged for a full foil even though this is not the service we had discussed. It looked as though I had bleached it at home, not at a high end salon. I feel like she had changed the service to charge more. I called the next business day to get my hair corrected, the soonest I could get an appointment was 3 weeks later. I got my hair toned by a different stylist because this seemed like the best option for minimal damage to my hair, I didn’t want to dye it back and risk damaging it further. In addition for being charged to correct the previous service, I was charged for a blowout. This is not something the stylist discussed with me, and again I feel like this was added to charge more. I have never been charged for a blowout at any salon when going in for another service. The appointment ended up costing me twice what I expected and I have paid $310 at this point to have hair I settled for, this does not include a cut.

I want to tell everyone to go here. This is a wonderful place! I was in a hair crisis and Sarah the Owner came to my rescue!! All the people were warm and welcoming I didnt have and a appointment but because I had a hair emergency they took the time to assist me. I had a margarita and a snack. It was so wonderful!!😊 I will be back and from now on this is where Im going.💯❤️

This salon looks really nice from the outside. I walked in and requested a consult was given an appointment for later that day so I came back. I waited over 20 minutes for my consult that I had an appointment for and was sweating the entire time in the waiting room. Just the temperature in the salon was enough to put me off going there. If I was sweating that much from just waiting I couldnt imagine how hot I would have been had I been there getting my hair cut colored and styled under dryers and having curling irons used and everything. Insane

I always get nervous to get a hair cut because my naturally curly hair doesn’t always get taken into account by some stylists. Marissa did an awesome job! She listened to my concerns and made my hair look great! She also offered some useful hair products to help with my specific needs. Will definitely be a repeat client!

Kaci is by far the best hair stylist I have ever been too. I can tell her what I want or show her a picture and she just gets it. We joke that I always stand up from her chair saying “I love it” no matter what she does. The salon staff are so nice and friendly and the salon itself it cozy and relaxed.

Erin did a fantastic job on my hair! She took the time to understand what I wanted and the result was amazing! The whole staff is super friendly and inviting as well! I definitely recommend making an appointment and trying this place out! :)

Love my hairstylist and the whole atmosphere. Just be warned its a little pricey but so worth it.

About this salon.They went out of their way to help my wife at their own expense and basically vowed to change vendors over a product issue. It is rare to find a small business that will stand behind their products and services to such a a degree that they would pay a large sum out of their own pockets to make things right.They are a real class act and a joy to deal with. I can’t say enough about how compassionate, kind, and professional they were in resolving the issue!

I received a shampoo/head massage as a gift and absolutely loved it. I will be going back to get another. Also, my wife got me some shampoo and conditioner mix, Double Hitter I believe is the name, awesome too. Lasts forever.The staff at Bauhaus couldnt be better. They are all attentive to every customer. I have always felt that I can ask any one of them for help, and even though Im not their customer, I am treated as if I am. Great people, great atmosphere.

Talent, friendliness, availability, and professionalism. What more could you ask for in a salon day spa? This is definitely a one stop shop and my go to any time I want to treat myself to a nice facial. I haven’t tried the massage yet, but if it’s anything close to the experience I get when I get a facial then it must be amazing. I personally see Taylor for my hair and Stacie for my skin. I recently decided that I was extremely tired of my normal intense red hair color and wanted something fun, unique, and sassy for the summer. I made an appointment with Ciarra Foreman and showed up with pictures from the internet. I could not be happier with my results. Because I had been using box colors for years, it was a lengthy process, but Ciarra was thorough, persistent, and careful throughout each step! What impressed me most was that she was not afraid to consult her peers to ensure my hairs integrity and to provide the best service possible! I was extremely impressed with her professionalism and the outcome! She was very patient and informative and made the time go by quickly. I will have the best hair this summer and will definitely return to go back to a regular hair color after the summer. Your salon is lovely and the staff even more lovely!
