Everyone needs to go here for any problems related to your smartphone. You will be taken care of quickly and fairly with lots of friendliness. The main reason the owner opened this place is he really wants to help people do whats best for them (like not taking the job & referring them back to carrier for the work to be done under warranty) because he doesnt want people to experience what he experienced with other phone repair shops in town before he opened Cracked Phones And More. After having my IPhone 6s protected by Otter Box and glass screen protector for two years, I finally dropped it for that last time that cracked it. I stopped at Cracked Phones to replace the screen. Luckily, I had a cracked screen protector -- the screen was fine. Employee, who was very nice, replaced the screen protector for about $35 and I was on my way in no time. About 1 1/2 weeks later, my granddaughter told me my screen was cracked. (Ive got all the protection because my phone is frequently dropped). I found my receipt and headed over to Cracked Phones. The same employee was there. I explained the above scenario and told him that I thought the screen protector that I bought had to be defective since Id had my phone for 2 years without a crack, and now this new screen protector lasted less than two weeks. The employee was unable to replace the screen protector for free, but he did give me the owners name and number and told me hed be in on Saturday. I got in my car and immediately sent a long text to Stuart Trahan, owner, explaining the whole story and letting him know that I expected the screen protector to be replaced at no cost. He called a couple of hours after I sent the text, we had a short, pleasant conversation, and he told me when hed be at Cracked Phones and told me to come by. I did so this morning. Stuart was there. I explained briefly and he recalled my earlier text. We had a get to know you conversation, discovered we went to the same church, told some stories, etc., while Stuart replaced my screen protector without charging me anything. The customer service at Cracked Phones is all you could hope for. Stuart (and his employee) were both pleasant and helpful. I never felt that anyone was trying to sell me something I didnt need. Stuart even helped me with a separate issue I was having with my phone and gave me his number to call him. I was extremely pleased with the initial cost of the screen protector, the service I initially received, and then, at the end, the service that Stuart provided in replacing the screen protector at no charge, helping with the other phone issue (at no charge) and being such a congenial guy. Honestly appraises your phone, contract and situation before working on your phone. You will know if it is better to use your Verizon (or whoever your provider is) upgrade, insurance you purchased through your provider or fix your cracked screen with him. Top notch folks. Dont be fooled by the lifetime warranty posted on their website. I had my screen replaced a month ago at this place and once it was replaced I put a screen protector on it and the screen cracked already. Low quality screens. I called about the warranty and it doesnt cover cracked screens. Will not be back.

Completely lied and ripped me off. Paid almost 200$ for an IPhone 6 screen and less than a week later while I was out of town in Texas the screen went out. Found a place in College Station to change my screen out (for another 180$) and give me the recently purchased one back in hopes to return it with a refund when I got back to Lake Charles. The owner at first refused to refund me at all. After pleading my case he claimed that he was going to send the screen off and mail me the refund when he got it from the factory. Needless to say it was all a lie just to get me out the store and I never seen a penny of the refund.

I am really glad that my SIL told me about Cracked Phones. I had an earlier experience with the screen being cracked. At that time, Att replaced my phone at a cost to me of $100 even though I carry the protection plan. With ATT, I recd a replacement phone, had to bundle my phone & return & had to transfer all my files to the replacement phone. Shortly after, I had WalMart put the screen protection on my phone & I purchased the Otter for extra protection. Somehow, unknown to me, the screen cracked again. I went to Cracked Phones on CC Road on Saturday afternoon. There I met Stuart. Stuart was very professional & very reasonably priced. I am happy that I didnt have to go through all that hassle again for a replacement phone from ATT. Stuart changed the screen while I waited & we visited. The charge with Stuart was a bit cheaper than ATT considering the cost at ATT to fix is in addition to the insurance they charge. In addition, Staurt offers a protection plan at less cost that doesnt have all the hassle. I am very pleased with the efficient & pleasant service I recd.

This was by far the worst experience I have ever had with a phone repair!! Cheapest place in town but cheaper is not always better!! After replacing the screen my iPhone freezes up, doesnt hold a charge and no longer has 3Dtouch!! I returned the following day and they refused to fix the issues THEY caused and also refused a refund. DO NOT TRUST THIS PLACE!!!
