I ordered online a small arrangement for a family member’s birthday party. When I arrived to pick up arrangement all I had was a small box of 3 fruits with a few balloons, that’s no big deal. For what I received I was charged $38.00 for something I could have made at home for half the price. Usually I buy Valentine gifts and have told others about this company. I will not be using them again. Way entirely overpriced!

The customer service is impeccable! I accidentally made a mistake on an order, and I called and the man was quick to say, its ok, we will take care of it! This means so much and serves as an indicator of going above and beyond to provide high quality customer service! Thank you for exceeding my expectations!!! 🎉

Showed up at 2pm on a Friday to pick up something for a client. There were only 6 small individual items to choose from in the glass case and a few times looked old. Very disappointed that they had nothing nice toChoose from.

Where do I start. I work in Workforce Development and I can only say great things about the customer service in the Lake Charles store. The food is fabulous. But when you visit this store you become family.

The Good: The service was quick and the people were nice.The Bad: The strawberries were very small. The largest strawberry was at best, a medium. Definitely not worth $30!

Totally satisfied as for my mom was!!! She’s enjoying life right now! Eating away at the treats! Satisfied customer!

Delicious treats! I got a pineapple and orange smoothie and my boyfriend got the chocolate covered banana cone! Both were so good! Excellent service as well! I will recommend to everyone!

These guys are amazing! They helped me out with a late order that the online form wouldn’t let me submit because it was past the 4pm deadline but one call and I was warmly greeted and helped without question (totally my fault for submitting the order late). They prepared the order and the delivery driver even came back after his shift was over to take the gift to the recipient. Even then there was some confusion on where the birthday recipient was located due to her location at a local hotel with multiple buildings but a few more calls and we were able to clear it up! So thankful for their patience! Customer service at its best!!

So I decided to order my wife something from the edible place in Lake Charles,La the 1st time I order from them.her order wasnt ready she had to come back 3 times for one order.Ok no biggie I try them a 2nd time for her birthday whice is today Sep 29,all I preordered was a Carmel apple and a smoothie cup.i understand they didnt open until 12 on Sunday so now its almost 5pm there closing time and a apple and smoothie cup is still not ready for her birthday.they ask can she come Tomorrow the next day what was the special part and trying to have her favorite sweet made for her birthday.just disappointed in this location.Sad will never order her again

My fiancée bought me infused chocolate covered strawberries and was delievered for my bday, with a bag with balloons and a teddy bear. It’s beautiful and taste really good
