Sales staff was very friendly and helpful. I took away one star because I placed my order online, got a confirmation for pickup, and when I got to the store, my order had been canceled and the merchandise was not available. Not the stores fault, but rather the online department.

Usually very convenient and centrally located. Apparently they do not open early on Saturday any longer! 11AM! Sorta late if you start your day early like me. Overall excellent place to find almost everything for the home and clothing for the entire household!

In these days of ordering everything online, I cant order clothing because of my size, I need to try on my clothing first. I pretty much can find what I need at Pennys.

The mens department has the greatest work named Joseph. He was very knowledgeable of the clothing and most important helpful.

I was impressed with the organization of the merchandise and the sale prices. The store was clean. The employee who checked us out was helpful and professional.

Always love the style of clothes for larger women.

JCP is getting a lot better and I believe the friendly staff has a lot to do with it! I found some nice things on sale too !!

This is literally the only clothing store I go to when I go to the mall. Nice jean selection. Polos, casual shirts and so on. Big ups to the workers in the mens section. I recognize their faces so they obviously have been employed there for a good while. I dont know what else to say, but there, I put my two cents in.

Got the earrings I was looking for and on sale!! Wonderful. However, not a very big selection. Looked like the stores inventory was really down or they are fixing to close.,hummmm. Hope not.

We figured it out, they put the mens stuff towards the back so if your with a lady theyll wanna look at all the womens items before you could get to your stuff causing either more money to be spent or more time to be spent.

Really need more help. One lady in jewelry is not realistic this time of year. All else is good. Just need more help for customer in every department.

Great selection of casual, school & business attire. When items are on sale, they are very reasonably priced. A.N.A. clothing is really cute & fashionable & has held up over several seasons. School clothes are usually stocked in Early July & can usually find Plus Sized childrens school Uniforms if you go early in July bc they sell out quickly (plus size girls school uniforms sell out quickly everywhere tho.)

We just like the clothes they have there better. Weve tried other places but usually find the clothes my wife finds acceptable there. Now my idea of acceptable and her idea of acceptable clothing are different. Me, I like good quality clothing that will last a long time and am willing to pay more for it. Wife thinks clothing is only as good as the deal she got on it. Pennys is loaded with deals. Im fairly happy with the quality and she will not buy anything unless it is marked down.During this last visit we were checked out by one of the best cashiers we have ever encountered in a department store. He was able say all that the company required him to say without coming across as a jerk or a robot. The guy was fast and friendly. I wish all could be like him.

Went to Jcpenny where I purchased a watch in the jewelry section. A few weeks later I go up there to have some links removed from the watch because it was too big. Three workers were standing there looking lost and ignored me. I was one of two ppl there. Then one lady with huge plastic black glasses and a face shield on points to me and tells another to go help me. Not professional. I ask the person if she could remove the links from my watch, her response Were not allowed to. How do you sell jewelry that I cant have altered if I purchase from there? Ill never visit that sorry excuse of a jewelry department again. They hire literally anyone there.

Clothing is not the same anymore

For some reason this JCP doesnt allow you to use the 30 percent off coupons. I use them in Houston and Sugarland without any problems in Texas

I found the most beautiful shirt at JCPENNEY The only thing wrong is the girl section. All there is are rainbows, jojo siwa, and pink. Would it kill them to put something blue, orange, or yellow?

I went to Penneys to buy a new outfit, but with the dressing rooms closed, I put my items back and walked out. The dressing rooms being closed makes no sense since people are touching all the clothing out in the store. I, for one, will not buy clothing without first trying it on. Open the fitting rooms and Ill go back to shopping there.

JCPenney is a nice place, to go shopping. 9/10 you will get the clothing youre looking for. They also have a variety of other toys and clothing accessories, which is why this place is always my first choice when looking for new clothes.

My mother always told me you can never go wrong shopping at JC Pennys and she was right. My daughter need an outfit for college. She need a business suit and a casual business outfit. We found her a pair of pants 2 shirts and a jacket and just paid right at 125.00 (she already had the shoes) and we didnt have to go.to 15 different stores.

Easy to find, in the Prien Lake Mall. There are knowledgeable, helpful employees. (They could use more.) Nice selection of merchandise, of good quality. Theyre pretty good about not carrying a large quantity of their higher-end clothing. Thats nice, because most of us dont want to show up at an event wearing the same outfit as someone else.

The merchandise quality for the price is horrible. There was a time, just within the last five years, I could run in to the store, grab a cute, reasonable and seasonal...NOT so anymore. I can have their merchandise off Amazon at a better price!

We came to this store to get our oldest son some cargo shorts. He has a odd fit and the sales person was very helpful in helping us find just what we were looking for. The lines at the checkout were long but the service was fast.

I love this store. The racks are always well stocked and prices are well signed. There are always sales going on and the clearance racks are easy to navigate. The staff is friendly but there arent very many employees so the lines are sometimes long.

Decent selection of items but definitely lacking in the 0-12mos clothes for girls.

Very helpful, I bought a watch last year there and got to 2 year warranty through them as well. The band on my watch ended up popping and I brought it up there to them within 30 minutes she had my watch fixed and cleaned and ready to go they did an awesome job.

Hard to find help, but when I did guy pointed me in the right direction.

The girl that helped me at sephora was really kind and helpful!

The layout is confusing

This store has terrible customer service! I was told that they would put an outfit on hold for me (the only one it the store). When I got there to pick it up, I was told Oh well, shes new, we dont take holds. Instead, they just put it back on a rack. I FINALLY found it, only to be told that it was not on sale as the rack told me it was. So I had to pay full price if I wanted to buy it. This store has lost my business!!

I dont clothes shop often. Ive always liked JC Penney but didnt like shopping here bc I thought staff was rude. Went two days in a row and excellent customer service. Im impressed.

Customer service is lacklustre. They dont go out of there way to accommodate the customer. I had an online purchase to pick up. I didnt have my cellphone to pull up the email. But I did have my JCPennys credit card and my drivers license. After a series of questions about the email the store clerk asked for my name. Amazing how quickly she was able to find my order. After her interrogation of me all she needed was my name....I attempted to give her that from the start. By the way she never checked my identification.

The prices are fair and the selection is wide.
