Extremely happy with the service I received. They have convenient Saturday appointments and I barely even had to wait to see the doctor. Dr. Tran was very thorough in my exam and Chelsea was so nice and helpful in ordering my glasses and explaining all the lens options. I even got a second pair of glasses free! I’ve found my new “go to” place for my yearly eye exams.

Rakia and Courtney were super helpful in helping my husband decide on what glasses were best for his lifestyle. They made suggestions that we wouldn’t have ever thought to ask about. It was a great experience overall and we look forward to the next time. I’d also like to add that Dr Snell is the sweetest doctor I’ve ever met and we will continue to “see” her for our vision needs. (Get it 😂😎)

Scheduled an appointment, and received a call for my insurance.As soon as I answered the phone call, the woman was rude through the whole phone call. I ended up canceling my appointment for such bad service.Yall need someone with better people skills to handle the phones.

Walked in and didn’t expect to find such great service in a mall! Mrs Kaci was excellent. Got glasses in quick. Took forever to get secretary to help with appointments so got appointment at America’s Best! Great doctor there! Great glasses here!

Just picked up new glasses and had the best experience. Ms. Withers excellent. So efficient and helpful. Answered all my questions, gave me tips on getting used to my first pair of progressive lenses and explained how I can save money on the sun shades I want to get.My first visit was also fantastic. The receptionist helped me pick my frames. I love her!

Best experience ever...after not having glasses for a year it was time for new ones. First the receptionist was very friendly and professional. My wait was literally 10 mins if that then I met the most amazing eye doctor ever! She was informational and very super friendly. Moving on to picking glasses my consultant went to the next level. She got a feel for my personality and picked out the best glasses for me. Over all I just loved this location and employees.

My initial visit was pleasant, but when going to pick up my prescribed sunglasses I had an issue with the tent of my glasses. They were totally different, and the sales associate who was initially there, and originally very nice, talked to me about the reason why they were different; she seemed utterly irritated by my displeasure. I just feel like this information should have been disclosed prior to the purchase. She did say their tech would try to make them darker, but her whole attitude towards me left a bad taste in my mouth. Poor customer service.

I walked in and had a pleasant experience with Chelsea and Andrea with purchasing glasses. They were very knowledgeable and helpful. I will definitely be back to purchase again.

Ive called a total of 4 times to make an appointment and havent even gotten ahold of anyone. The first call i got an answer right away but she was rude and hung up on me as soon as I asked to make an appointment. Ridiculous.

The lady taking insurance information was rude, very rude.

I would rate this experience 12 stars if I could. Great prices for two pairs of high lifestyle upgraded glasses. I will definitely be back, and I will refer all of my friends to Jada in the Lake Charles store.

Unprofessional! The only professional person there,is Ms. Andrea! The young girls are unprofessionsl! So was the Dr. I saw. Dr.Asma.I told her I needed a stronger contact lens script,but she was not trying to hear that. I am extremely unsatisfied.Even the District manager who gave me my appt. by phone couldnt even get my phone number right!

It is absolutely ridiculous that a family of 4 cannot make appointments on the same day. I have an adult disabled child that lives at home and instead of all 4 of us making an appt we can only do up to 3! Which means taking more time off work than is necessary and burning more gas than necessary.
