As a American Someone who believes in better opportunities and a great way of life in our amazing country. I was disappointed to see the rudeness and lack of understanding to the Latino community. I witnessed a cashier today rudely commenting to someone with a heavy accent that he needs to learn English. This great country of ours was born with diversity and culture and religion. The tenacity that this person had to tell someone that is just trying to put gas in there vehicle to work and provide for their family that they need to learn English is mind boggling. I was raised to respect everyone and to have an understanding mind. If you want to stop somewhere to get fuel and something to drink and have a little bit of respect as a human being you might need to go somewhere else.

I try not to leave negative reviews but this was egregious. I’ve never been ignored by a cashier while trying to check out - so she can text throughout my entire transaction is processing. Horrible customer service, and the manager was just standing next to her like it didn’t matter. I wasn’t even acknowledged, just the amount to pay and I bagged my own stuff.

Horrible customer service. Actually had one of the employees try to fight me while another employee held him back. Oct 7th 6:30 am. At one point I feared for my life.

Do not waste your time or money here. The worst Stripes EVER! Staff is always very rude, unpleasant and slow. Tacos are never fresh.. If I could I would give negative stars.

The selection is not very plentiful. The cold sandwiches and microwave sandwiches are all spoiled the 2 days I went and you can smell it when you open the cooler. The workers are very nice but the store itself is blah in quality. The gas is the cheapest on that end of Hwy 14 comparable to Walmart gas.

They apparently close at 12 midnight to do paperwork and shift close according to the handwritten note slapped on the door. There are two people in there now so Im not sure why they have to be closed for that. I tried to call and ask when they would reopen because the girl that motioned they were closed didnt want to answer me and they took the phone off the hook. Its a shame they are like that because they are the only store on this side of town open after 10pm. They screw us all over who are getting off work at this time of night and then dont want to speak to you at all. Sad.

It is unfortunate how the employees treat customers badly, I was at the place twice today and the cashier and the staff at Taco Laredo have a mess with the orders and they do not care. give a bad treatment to the client, they yell, insult and even throw you out of the place

Been there several times thinking they would improve, they dont. Food is horrible compared to other Laredo tacos! Service would be rated at zero if it would let me. Says open 24hrs, they arent. Called, they said they open at 4am, went there. They dont. They then said they dont open till 5am. And were very rude about it! Dont waste your money.

If it wasnt for the taco place then this place would get only 1 star! Other than that the store is nice, but the staff is not professional at all, and thats why Im not rating this place any higher!!!!!! This place needs better management!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Got a fajita plate lunch. It tasted great but they only gave me one tortilla. Service was very polite. Area was clean for a convenience store. Very affordable meal compared to the other restaurants. Food is comparable to high priced restaurants.I wish I had more food, but for the price it was fair. The convenience store door alarm was ringing every 15 seconds, very annoying. No room for family tables inside, there is an outside area though

Nice establishment, but the taco side didnt have barbacoa or bacon on a Sunday morning at 9 in the morning. They also told me they werent going to prepare any. While the cooks were standing there chit chatting.

Was told at 9am no longer making breakfast tacos. Texas locations will make them all the way till lunch time, but not Lake Charles, La location. Not first time Ive been dissatisfied with this location either.

I love going here late night. Especially when Ms. Destiny and Ms. Sylvia are working. They are very friendly ladies and make you feel welcome. Ive never been greeted with more friendly smiles here than when these ladies are working

Come from South Texas were there are stripes and there tacos everywhere.... These are terrible, been coming here for two months to see if they would get better but no there breakfast tacos are trash but I can say the lunch tacos are good though. Inexpensive tacos; good lunch; bad breakfast and could use more practice make the tortillas thinner and rounder...

My husband and I went at 9:05 am on Tuesday morning to go get breakfast. Asked for a specific type of taco and was told they weren’t making anything else for the day!! Who does that and and not expect to lose business. Will never go back to this location, will stick to the one from Texas.

Trash food and worse customer service, you’ll do better starving than eating here.

If I could give a lower I would. I never even got to try the food. Its 10:39 am, no one paid a second if attention to us for ten minutes, then a blonde woman walks up and tells us they dont serve food till 11:30. A guy behind her prepping food says no we start serving lunch at 10:30. Im like okay, give me two beef fajitas. Here like oh we dont have beef, you can get chicken though. Uh no Ill go somewhere else.Summary:1: neglectful of customers standing at counter2. Staff doesnt even know when they are supposed to serve food3. Staff doesnt have food prepared for when they are supposed to be serving4. And overall staff was rude and lazy, there where six staff members sitting at tables in restaurant and two cooking, wonder why food wasnt ready, and one of those staff at table was a manager according to her tag.Dont go there, I never will attempt again.

So like a lot of other people leaving reviews I am also from south Texas. When I saw a stripes with a Laredo taco company I was excited to see that I would be able to get my favorite tacos in Lake Charles, boy was I disappointed! It was about 9:30am when I arrived to order. The employee behind the counter told me they were limited to what they could make because they had ran out of eggs, tortillas, and beans. I said oh well I’ll try what there is available. While walking to get my drink I saw a complete mess in the store. Empty drink cups on the floor limited items in the refrigerators as well. When I got to the register I had to wait about 10 minutes because there was only one cashier and the guy in front was ordering a lot of lotto tickets and the guy before him couldn’t decide what cigarettes he wanted. There was another employee behind the counter but she was on the phone laughing it up with whoever she was talking to, cams to find out that was the manager. Very poorly run store and a disappointment to the ones in Texas.

Sign in front of store says it closes everyday at 8 p.m. On this day 3/5/17 at approximately 7:30 p.m. I went in to order some food and guy told me that theyre closed. I asked him why because its oy 7:30 p.m. and it clearly says on the door 8 p.m. and he couldnt give me an answer while he was dumping food from the food line and then he told me that he could only sell me the old stale looking chicken that wasnt dumped in the trash yet!! If you advertise something then honor it!!

Tortillas are not handmade like other stripes stores i have been too. Slow service and limited to food selection at 6am. Barbacoa was dries out.

The taco was edible so it gets two stars. Other than that, meh. Food was cold. Pork had a ton of fat on it. Wont be going there again. Also kind of expensive for what you get.

Place was a mess, went inside not one of the creamers bottles had more than a couple drops left. And barley any coffee in the pots. I had to mix from three different pots to get a cup. Asked Victoria at the register for kids cause there were none while she was free. Stood around almost 8 minutes after asking before I got pissed and left. Thanks for just walking over to other ppl when you had no one in your line and there was another cashier and making me late.

As a loyal customer when I was living in deep South Texas. This food is nothing compared to what they have over there. Ive given it chance after chance at this one and it keeps disappointing. Never again will I get food from this location.

Unorganized toco ladys I ordered 2 tacos it took them 15 minutes, I was late to work they need to find a better system on how to be quicker at making a dam taco or hire real mexican taco ladies

Store was dirty, only 1 cashier, man buying 50 lottery tickets, and waited in line for about 10 minutes. Stripes in Texas are my favorite stores, this one in Lake Charles is the worst Stripes Ive seen.

Tried the beef tacos, took one bite and couldnt taste any beef. Opened up taco and found two small pieces of meat. Returned food, wont be going back any time soon.

Very chincy on the amount of food in plate. Tortillas were from package not hand made and only had hot sauce. Very poor.
