I was looking for stainless steel findings for jewelry making but they dont do jewelry but they were very helpful in helping me find it at another store, they were well stocked, and had kid activities going on

Without a doubt, some of the nicest people that I have encountered in awhile. I called from out of town, told them what I wanted, made the purchase over the phone, to have it ready for pickup that day. No problems what so ever. When I got the products, these are GREAT! I needed a mask due to Covid-19 and going in to work, one was mandatory. I contacted the store about placing an online order and possibly getting same day pick up. It was about 25 minutes until closing. They allowed me to order and pickup outside of their regular pickup times (10-2) and they were even willing to accommodate my pick up in the event that I wasnt able to make it to the store before they left for the day! I made it there with 5 minutes to spare and they still were smiling and welcoming! I have always had a positive experience there with staff and inventory, and will continue to support this small/local business!! #crafton

I used to buy my vinyl and other things from Michaels but my first time going to niche I loved it. I buy all my vinyl here now. Prices are not bad compared to Michaels store they are a better deal. I always have a great experience.

Hello,I am from Illinois, late last week I ordered 5 yards of different prints Louisiana themed prints to make masks for my daughter and son in laws medical practice in Lake Charles LA. I ordered it April 16th and I received it today April 20th.I just want to say thank you from the bottom of my heart for you great customer service and fast shipping. One fabric was out of stock and someone from Niche actually called me to see if I wanted to substitute something.Above and beyond !!!

Extremely nice staff. I was last minute making Mothers Day gifts and was having problems with my cameo. Niches owner offered me to cut my items at the store. Now thats service above the norm. Niches has a wide variety of vinyl and blanks.

Great selection of vinyl, tumblers, Crewneck, V-neck, bags, hats, ribbons and so much more. They are a little pricey but they do offer a rewards program that in my personal experience is a little selective on what you get your rewards back on considering the amount I spend in here and I know other people do the same. They have A LOT of staff, some of the girls really know the products while others not so much so if you are new to vinyl and working on fabric, etc you will be able to find someone that can help you just dont be afraid to ask. This store is amazing for the crafter. They have a little of everything and reasonably priced. Heat transfer paper, heat transfer vinyl or regular vinyl, they have it all.They habe a very helpful and knowledgeable staff. Give them a visit.

If youre into Silhouette or Cricut or other such crafts, go here now! My sister was almost on overload! You can also get them to press transfers onto fabrics (shirts, towels, etc.) For a small fee. Very nice staff.

Have only been there once, but I was only customer there. Three employees were sitting on counters talking to each other - no one even acknowledged I had come into the very small shop! Not much fabric for a quilt shop. I will not go back!
