Bought all my guitars new strings from here a couple weeks ago. after changing them all I stepped up in string size on two of them. so I figured one needed a action adjustment and wanted to check the intonations on it and another one. After the guy told me neither could be done without ripping my brand new strings off buying more new ones and restringing it I know that young dark haired dude was either a liar or unqualified to touch my guitar. Either way not a good look.

I always enjoy coming here - the staff is very knowledgable.Uncanny that the price a product is rung up for is almost always 40-50% less than the sticker price... Regardless theyll continue to get my business because theyre great people!
