BUYERS BEWARE. Please read the reviews and consider them carefully.We gave this business a large deposit in June and we are still waiting for the materials and the install. It is October 4, 2019 and we are giving final demand for our deposit to be returned or we will have to file suit against Stephan Berzas and Cajun Outdoor Paradise.There needs to be an end to businesses who take customer’s money with absolutely no intention of providing the services promised.

I hired this company 5-7-19 to complete a simple outdoor kitchen. The project was not complete until 10-3-19. Initially I was excited as he was very prompt in scheduling a visit to see what was needed, but at that visit he priced it out, then said if you sign now you get a discount vs giving us time to think about it. I would rather he charge a consult fee than do that. A hefty down payment was due at that time.....from then on was a waiting game, lots of unreturned emails, text messages and calls. Lots of problems that required multiple visits during the install. The kitchen came out nice finally, but I’m sure another company would have completed it in 2 months vs 5 months and would have been more professional. Worst decision I made building my house was using Cajun Outdoor Paradise. Blaze products are great, but them at Stine. I ordered 4 months ago and was told would be delivered in 2 weeks...then he ordered the wrong Range hood which they only figured out bc after it was installed we asked where the blower it came w/ was. Today they dropped off ANOTHER door that is STILL WRONG for my refrigerator. Go look here, products are great but buy online or from Stine. Ordered some blaze side vents from bbq guys online and order was correct and delivered in 2 days, just sayin
