Over priced, and not knowledgeable about salt pools. We payed for the “training service” when we moved into our new house, because we have never owned a pool before. First it took two weeks to even get on the schedule but that’s to be expected for this time of year. The tech came out and was very vague about how to run everything, not teaching much of anything, I had to ask so many questions just to get him to tell me about the equipment, and he still didn’t show me how to use the equipment just pressed buttons and said it’s probably fine. He didn’t actually clean the pool or skimmers he just told me I should but wouldn’t show me how, he said I need to take water to the store and that I had to order parts from the store because he was out of them in his truck, he couldn’t find parts of the equipment (the sub pump)and said we have it somewhere he just doesn’t know where so he can’t check it . He gave me outrageous price estimates for replacing the salt cell, and said we should just switch to chlorine. In the end we payed for him to come out and tell us false info. We still had to do a ton of our own research, and are learning our pool system by trial and error and lots of YouTube videos, and consulting the manufacturer website. Changing the salt cell is much much cheaper than the “thousands” he said it would be. I wish I would have saved my money(almost $200) and just did the research on my own to begin with. I was hoping for a knowledgeable person familiar with our equipment to actually explain something not someone to try and sell us a chlorine system... it was a waist of time and money. Two stars because the tech was a nice guy, just not helpful.

I work construction there. I build the pools so cant say much about the in store review, but the people ive met in both the kaliste saloom lafayette location and the lake charles location are friendly.

Very helpful people working here. Prices are mid-to-high range, but they have a large inventory and can order anything else you need. Free water analysis is extremely helpful.

They offer free water testing and always help get my pool water balanced and ready for swimming. They offer a lot of parts for pool equipment as well if you need something in a hurry. Their prices are somewhat high, but they have hours that make them easier to get to after work and on the weekends.

They are very knowledgeable and always eager to help!

Im not sure about the other stores, but I do know this place was nice. Great displays/set ups great selection, the people were knowledgeable about the parts and things I needed and helped us to get what was needed.
