New season...new mower, thats how I roll. Had to put my 9 year old Toro ZTR down. Replaced it with Exmark 42 ZTR.Harlows Mower Service had the best price that I found, that with a friendly and helpful staff sealed the deal.Thanks to all the folks that helped me with all my questions and final purchase.

Great place but a little pricey on labor if you are having something worked on.

Just wasted time and energy and even left a job to come up here and have four pieces of equipment repaired with probably about six more pieces of equipment at home to be repaired.... And I was just informed that they only service equipment that they sell. Did anyone else think that this was a repair shop too?

The ladies I deal with there are always helpful and nice. I called looking for a part that you can find pretty much at any small engine shop. Said they didnt have it, and dont carry it. I think thats a bunch of you know what because Ive seen this part on all brands of engines. The styles might vary a tiny bit, but they all work the same. As in you can take it off of a Briggs and use it on a Honda. You might need to swap a hose or two around, but it WILL work. Ive done it, and it worked without flaw everytime. I called Cutters, and guess what? I told them what I needed and he said they have them. This isnt a review of the quality of the store so much as how I was talked to. I may have been born at night, but it wasnt last night. (It wasnt one of the ladies I spoke to by the way)

Brought my generator in at 8:00 the day before hurricane Barry. Carburetor needed rebuild. Was really worried about a power failure with no generator. Harlow’s came through. Picked my generator up 5 minutes before they closed. These people are awesome.

I absolutely love Harlows. We bought an ExMark zero turn mower from them back in 2008 and it still runs and works good. They have excellent customer service and the people there are really friendly. I would definitely recommend them.
