I have a friend I been taking care of. And has part of a lung removed and needs oxygen cause of COPD also on top of missing part if lung. I been waiting now 3 Weeks for a regulator for the portable ones that supposed to be used when go somewhere. my Son has called and reported too. And still dont have it. Cant go to therapy without it. Skincare was notified on Thursday 6/30/2020. We were told they would be out to deliver the nebulizer machine Monday. Waited all day no call or delivery. We were assured us they would be out Tues. Its 5pm. Tuesday no call. This is the Alexander La. Store. Now they told us they deliver in our town Wed.He has end stage COPD. He needs the machine.DONT use the Alexander store.

Been waiting for over a month to get my machine after I have called for weeks to get. Got the run around no once calling back and no sleep until I get my machine. I had to do all the work to get my physician to do what they said they could. Go somewhere else for your equipment they are not professional at all.
