I went a party time and I instantly understood why it looks like it’s always going out of business. The manager Claire literally runs clientele out the door. I never left a store so upset over a minor fix. How can the management be upset because they sell tarnished merchandise. This is why amazon is as successful as it is.

If you have to deal with Clair the manager just leave and don’t wasted you time. Oh my goodness when I tell you this is the worst establishment I’ve shopped at in lake Charles. They WILL rip you off be cautious. They have a knack for selling damaged and broken items and then quickly referring to their no return or exchange policy even if it was broken at checkout.

Wonderful store!! Have always went cross town to national chain party store. I was beyond pleased with selection, freindly service & ease of shopping. Definitely shop first and local shopping.
