Honda ATV ExcellentInterstate Cycle - Buyer beware. They came off as good ole boys. Honest and fair - I have never taken the time to write a review on a company but this one was disappointing enough to warrant the time - My quote over the phone was $1000.00 less than when I hit the door. Please know I am completely responsible for not reading the fine print. I trusted them. MY MISTAKE. They are salesmen looking out for themselves - The Lake City good ole boy approach when you hit the door seems more like a smoke screen than genuine hospitality. I am taking my medicine - only hope I can prevent others from the same demise. The next $200.00 dollars I spend will be a sign on my golf course warning folks in our area to be cautious when dealing with this company. Fool me once....

John and the team at Interstate Cycles provided my wife and I a seamless experience in purchasing our Yamaha RMax side-by-side. We dont live in the area full-time and the staff was very helpful in telling us great places to ride our new toy. I had an excellent experience buying a side by side at Interstate Cycles. I like the fact that they are making a lot of cool modifications to the machines and presenting them as a package. Its what a lot of enthusiasts are looking for in a sport machine dealer.

Interstate Cycles has always had a superb service, repair and Sales departments. I have had several Hondas and I take them all there fully confident that what ever the job is will be done with expertise and in a timely fashion. I appreciate the way I am always treated there. They have customers that come there from hundreds of miles away for service.

I called to ask if they had a part I needed and was told they didnt, not a problem. When I asked if I can get the part number I was told no. When i asked why not he stated because youll go somewhere else to get the parts My message to this company is train your parts guys to help the customer not just make a sale. He was polite and well mannered but focused on the wrong aspect of customer service. Im totally discouraged from stopping by to shop at Interstate cycles.

Would have gotten five but they had to be closed when I was there Stay open a little bit later most people people have to work until 5

I recently did a tune up on my Honda ATV. I found lots of parts online but since Im a comparative shopper, I decided to call my local dealership. To my surprise, they beat the online prices, and I could drive 5 minutes and pick it up. I was pleasantly surprised and look forward to visiting soon for more parts and service.

To Lorrie Harrison, the initial service, per Honda, takes about 2.5 hours time, including checking over the entire unit to see if anything has loosened or changed since purchase, removing some covers, getting into the motor and checking valve lash, and of course, the oil/filter change and inspection of the oil for metal and contaminates. We certainly do wish to retain our customers, and have many that drive a long way to have their vehicles serviced here, just for our service department. I just got my Royal Star Venture serviced here. It was done in a timely fashion and they didntt try and sell me a million dollars of unneeded work. They were an absolute pleasure to deal with.

Very friendly staff but they are struggling with factory inventory. I did not find my ATV there

We had a blowout on our goldwing on I-10. Roll back took us to the closest shop they had us back on the road in less than an hour helped unload the bike great prices and great service thanks

********JUST ADVISING**********We purchased a brand new 2016 Honda atv from this dealer. The very first oil/filter change service was just under $286. REALLY?!?!?!?! The Honda had less than 20 hours on it, no mechanical issues, no damage, just needed the first oil change service. It had only been driven in a cow pasture at very low rate of speed. Very disappointed in so many ways but mainly by the lack of ANY attempt to retain a customer. We will go to the dealer in Ocala, where we purchased our motorcycle, to purchase the other atvs & utvs we need for our ranch.
