Clerk was courteous and professional. Mechanic let me know when he was going to take a look at my tire and gave me an estimated time that it would take to do the job. He actually completed the job in less time and let me know when he finished. It wasnt a long wait at all even though they were short staffed. The job didnt cost a fortune either. I was very satisfied.

I went for air leaking out of my tire. They said it needed to be replaced so I bought a new tire. Rate was reasonable. The problem was after I started on the long trip home after I finished my business trip. I felt the tire tugging hard so I asked my dad to rotate the new tire since tire mart didnt offer. I have front wheel drive so thats pretty common and I was exhausted when I visited so I forgot. 2 of my lugs were apparently lost and nothing was said. Dad also said the lugs were very lose. I said I was out of town but come on, a loose tire isnt funny. Lugs arent cheap for me and Im constantly on the road for work.

Would not recommend - I requested a quote for suspension work which took around 5 hours to get, and the amount quoted was hundreds more than it should have been as other work had been started without my permission (despite assurances no work would be done without running it past me.)This upset both me and my family members (who recommended tire mart to my wife and I) greatly. They have been loyal customers for a number of years but as a result tire mart have lost all of our business.Communication was poor but as work requested was eventually done well I will give 2 stars instead of one.

Dave took good care of my Mom! She has been going to see him for years, he has kept her 2003 Hyundai Sonata running! His prices are not nessarily low but his abilities are AWESOME!! The Virus has played havock with part ordering, but overall he is quick (especially with labor). Customer service is their weakness, when last in there, I was acknowledged, but not helped by Dave, or the other associate right away. After a few minutes, Dave left the room and the associate asked me if I had been helped, I said No; just checking on my car. He didnt know, so he yelled into the bay at Dave and asked my car was ready. The car wasnt, but if Dave hadnt ignored me, he could have saved me time and frustration.

Not sure if they are here to make new customers or not. To busy to care .

If you need car repairs, tires or oil changes this is the place to go, we have brought both of our cars to them for repairs, they have always been very honest, staff is very friendly too, they dont try to take advantage of you like other places do, I cant give them more then 5 stars otherwise I would, if you need any repairs done, I highly recommend them.

We had just began our road trip to Disney and we had a blow out on the Camper. I called them 30 minutes before closing and they said come on in. These are the most friendly and the fastest 4 tire change I have ever seen. Like watching a pit crew at Nascar. They had us in and out in 20 minutes. I was driving through on my way to work, 4 hours from home, 3 hours from my job site. My truck broke down on the interstate. On a Friday that they were slammed, I called and a gentleman, David, and he of me if i can get it there they’ll fit me in. I limped it to their shop and he got right on it, had me back on the road in less than 3 hours. Can’t say thank you enough to them for doing that. Highly recommended if you ever need them, local or driving through, you get the same service.

They are expensive and don’t think to call and check with customers before they do things. They gave me a 1:00pm appointment for a tune up and did it that morning without asking me was it okay to go ahead and do it. And they charged me $432.09 for just a simple tune up and front end alignment

I walked in, asked for help with my YJ and one of their mechanics dropped everything to check it out in the parking lot. After having a look he grabbed some tools and torqued my starter down which got me back on the road and refused to charge me. I couldnt be more grateful for these folks saving my weekend.

David was great to work with. I needed new tires, an alignment and shocks for my 2001 F250. Without an appointment David put me into the rotation and all the work was completed by 3pm. Great prices on the tires and other services. I would actually travel to Lake City just to get my vehicle worked on.

I drive from Tampa because I have family here for tires and service. You can’t beat Tire Mart and David! Reasonable prices. Terrific, personable customer service. And, they go the extra mile when needed! Most importantly, they are HONEST! If I could give them 6 stars, I would!

Ive been doing business with the Johnson family since the mid 70s. Tire Mart is helpful and honest. Great doing business with a Christian owned and operated business.

The service is Fantastic!!! But their is a dark cloud of negative energy. Their overwhelmed, short handed. And while I was there 5 different rude pushy, entitled, moody and customers came in and mouthed off to staff. Who handled themselves very professionally. That stormed out, cause apparently it cost more money to fix their cars than their willing to pay. Or more time to wait than are willing to. I just felt disgusted and empathetic toward these wonderful hard working employees.

Only place I trust to touch my truck and wheels.

We got a screw in our tire somewhere outside of Lake City and had to have it fixed before we could continue to our house on the Suwannee. I had just bought ice cream at Publix in Lake City when we discovered one tire had only 20 pounds in it and we couldnt continue until it was fixed. Not only did Tire Mart fix our tire right away, the woman in the office went to another building to put my ice cream in the freezer to keep it from totally thawing out. Great customer service!

They got amsoil bois thats all that matters. Took my girls beater 2012 camry in and they took care of it. 😂😅

After spending a day and a half driving from Ohio on my to Naples my left rear tire startsTo make a terrible racket! Got off in Lake City googled mechanics landed at first one he was to busy to help although he thought it was U joint issue! He recommended Tire Mart and off I went! Tire Mart was crazy busy as well in fact weren’t sure they could even look to see issue! The wonderful lady at front desk said she would check with Dave anyway and he fit me in! Turned out up be loose lug nuts, after checking all four tires and $48 later I continued on my way! Great place, great people, and reasonable prices for excellent work!! Thanks Dave and gang!!!!

We were on the way to Kentucky to pick up 3 horses when our turbo hose popped off our F550. We pulled in with a big rig and they came out and fixed it in 10 minutes and we were back on the road free of charge. Amazing, caring, and thoughtful. John we owe you!

Its not the cheapest place you can go for brakes, but you get what you pay for. They did the inspection for free within an hour of dropping it off on my appointment. They said the front was good, and the back needed replacement. I was expecting to do all of the brakes, but they were honest and said I only needed rear ones. Told me what the light on the dash was coming on for and everything. Everything was finished by lunch time. No place is perfect, but for a straight honest answer and a fair price, you really cant beat TireMart LC

They were very helpful. I dont know much about tires or have a lot of money to afford them and they helped me a lot. And they offer free tire rotation and balancing every 6 months with a purchase of a set of 4 tires. They said I could buy 2 now and 2 later and still get the free service. Great if your on a budget!

Great prices compared to most and a very friendly and helpful staff. One of the few places that does not try and rip you off. Due to a new store opening up next door parking can be difficult but its worth the trouble.

Had a work truck towed here late one night after the alternator went out. Received a phone call the next morning around 10:30 saying the truck was ready to go. Better then the big chain stores.

Good guys. Needed a spare. Said it would be ready in an hour or so. In reality, they didnt start until I returned and asked about it.

They help me when my car started acting in on the way home to Orlando. They were so nice and helpful. Turns out my car needed some radiator coolant. They topped my fluids off and didnt even charge me for the service!
