My fiance and I bought a purple mattress and adjustable base from this store. We bought the extra warranty as well. The base never worked like it was supposed to and quit all together within the 1st 6 months that we had it. Tried MULTIPLE times to contact the customer service, Purple customer service, and the warranty department and no one wants to make it right. The wait on hold is extreme for them just to deny an issue is very much supposed to be covered. We have been trying for more than a year to get it fixed with nothing. It has been broken longer than it worked. It is very disappointing that these companies have given us such a run around.

Janet stepped forward to show me around and to find out what I was looking for. The staff was very helpful in placing the order. My issue is I was given a delivery date of May 2nd, and then called and given a new delivery date of May 16th; then a couple days before that I was called again and given a delivery date of on or before May 31st. On May 27th I got an email with a delivery date of June 22nd. At this point Im very frustrated and will probably not do business with them in the future unless they have in stock on site.

The website is a little hard to navigate so I pressed the mattress expert chat help, do yourself a favor and just call your local store...bc that person was absolutely no help! The first time I called the local store however, I was talking to someone and she started having a conversation with someone else in the store... I sat silently for a couple minutes and finally hung up, finally chose a mattress on my own and called the local store back and ordered that one, which was pretty easy and Elaine was pleasant hopefully I’m happy with the one I chose without help or guidance from a salesperson. We will see...

Kay was very patient and knowledge. I was able to get a decent deal, but part of my order was forgotten on delivery day. Having to drive a half hour to pick up the missing item in-store is a little inconvenient, especially considering the cost of the item. Other than that, my experience was solid.

Kay was extremely helpful. I bought a Tempur Pedic mattress and adjustable frame. (My second one). I needed it quickly and although they are expensive mattresses (but in my opinion worth it when you consider the importance of sleep and how much you are spending on a mattress compared to other purchasess). The service was extremely great as Kay went over and beyond to help me find the one I needed in a time crunch.

Products where available to compare and all the prices were competitive with other stores in the area. The salesperson was excellent, offering everything we were looking for.

I came in on a thursday night, just an hour before closing with the intention to browse and buy if I found something I liked. Well the first mattress I laid in I fell in love with. Unfortunately, I knew I wouldnt be able to get it but I did like a couple other mattresses that I found. My fiance and I picked a mattress that we could afford and tried to see if we might be able to get financing. The system was down, so we decided we were gonna try again the next night. The next night we come in around the same time, the systems working so we try and see if we could get ourselves approved for financing. It took maybe 15-20 min for the application process but we got it done and approved. Overall, were happy campers! Getting one of the mattresses we had agreed on with a base that elevates our head up. Thank you to Kay for all your help! I cant wait til we get the bed delivered and set up!

The manager of the Lake City, FL, store, Kay Trimble, was very helpful, very knowledgeable. We went to see what was available to us as we were unhappy with our present (Saatva) mattress. She was able to direct is to a new mattress that should meet our requirements. It won’t be delivered until late June, but at least it will be a welcome relief from the back pain, sciatica pain I am currently suffering. We left the store after she showed us what was available and thought we would return the next day, but the more we considered what Kay showed us the more we decided to go back in today and bought a new mattress. She is a good salesperson.

I had the beat experience at Mattress firm in Lake City, FL. I stopped in about 20 mins before closing just to look around. The gentleman Nicolas Lopez assisted me and my honey. He was amazing and super kind. I ended up purchasing that night and Mr Lopez stayed over till almost 9pm, an hour past close just to ensure I got the perfect mattress for my needs. My experience with your employees was awesome. They were truly professionals to the fullest extent they stepped up to help and give advice but did not overstep their boundaries by hounding you the entire time and try to force you into buying something. We also got the mattress for $100 off due to their Queen for a Twin promo. We didnt feel pressured to purchase a specific mattress at a specific price. 10/10 on in-store experience. The mattress is supposed to be delivered tomorrow, so well see how that goes.

Very nice staff. Extremely knowledgeable about their product. Our salesman knew everything there was to know about what we were looking at. Hate that Im not sure but I think his name was Michael? Younger guy with a partial goatee. Anyway...they beat anyones prices by 10% up to a couple weeks out so why not go here. Beds are high as a cats tail these days. May as well get a good deal on one.

Elaine Gray goes the extra mile to make sure the correct product or products such as base frames mattresses sheets are exactly what will meet the needs of the customer. This was all done by telephone and text message. The order was to be shipped out of Washington to my grand daughters home. Elaine had to cordinate the delivery date with the time that there Would-be somebody home. Elaine did a great job. Highly recommend her.

We read reviews before we visited and we were hoping to encounter the store’s manager, Kay, based on google reviews. Lucky for us, we timed it well and she was working. Buying beds always seemed like such a pain, primarily due to the concern over buying the wrong big ticket item. Kay was super pleasant and took the time to talk through all of our worries and deftly showed us around and explained the available products. She was never pushy, but was knowledgeable and gave us time to feel good about the decision we were making. I have walked out of more storefronts based on crummy employees than I care to admit, but I could never envision anyone having any dissatisfaction with how Kay runs her store and how she interacts with customers. Giving credit where credit was due, Kay wowed us. Oh yeah and the bed seems like it’s going to be exactly what we went in for.

Purchased a new mattress for my Kenworth over the road Semi. I could not have gotten better service from the store manager that I received today .She took the time to help me to get the mattress that not only that would work in this unique application but she explained everything to me. I explained that I needed it the same day as I was only in Florida making a delivery. She arranged for me to pick it up at the warehouse. To me that tells that she is willing to go above and beyond to make sure that you are taking care of 1 time the first time.
