Very nice thrift store with good quality items. Staff was very helpful.

Refusing to let me shop because I don’t have a mask, then try to sell me one. Why are you still insisting people wear a mask in your store?? There is no mandate in Florida, and COVID is a hoax. I’ll just take my business somewhere else.

Never buy anything from this place without being 100% sure you want it and will be able to load it. All sales are final, and they are very firm and inflexible about this even though they dont have the best signage to warn you of this policy. I purchased an item of furniture thinking it would fit in my car, but unfortunately it didnt.

The staff is nice. Sometimes you can find some great deals. Their prices have went up some,but not as much as the Goodwill. You know the money you spend here is going to a great cause. Hospice Haven. You never know what you are going to find at a thrift store.

Went in today with my 4 year old who while she was holding my hand innocently sat down on a chair & as I was telling her to get out of the chair 1 of the associates told me that Im not supposed to sit on the chairs & then she proceeded to yell at me across the store YA NEED TO CONTROL YOUR KID!! My daughter sat down on the chair after I had said that I was thinking of buying the chair. So I told the lady that she needs to control herself. I can safely say I wont go back there. Theres other stores in the area that have chairs. Ill just go to 1 of them. I left after I told her that she needs to control herself with my daughter crying. I decided I didnt need to use the time Ive been given on this planet having to deal with anyone like that. I gave this store 1 star cause there was no way to give them half a star.

Im not to happy with this place. Im a plus size woman and have never found anything for me to wear. Most of the stuff isnt what I need. I do better at Goodwill. But I have many friends who are always finding good deals at Haven Hospice Retail. Guess Im not very fortunate to get there when there might be something I can use. Dont stop going there please because this is a very necessary charity. Thank you to all who visit here and buy theirs merchandise. And hopefully others will donate some really nice items which are needed.

My mom came in here today and was overcharge almost $50 on items that she didn’t purchased! Just because she doesn’t speak English well and came back telling them the situation they gave her a store credit of 4 out of 5 items she didn’t buy, which isn’t fair . You DO NOT take advantage of people no matter what case of the scenario is .

Bought a beautiful coffee table for a fantastic price . I called ahead of time and the employee told me they had some for $30 and up . This is a beautiful piece and I walked out with a smile. Fantastic find and fantastic Price!

Im shopped here a lot in the past. Now whenever I come to shop their prices have gone up a lot and instead of selling things to help out with hospice it looks like theyre just trying to make money for paychecks I was going to purchase a peace from them and asked how much it was they told me it was $100 because they looked it up online and as a collectors piece it was $130. They wouldnt even consider any amount less.

I returned to this place years later. Years later because they were selling over priced broken junk. Today it was definitely cleaner. Not much stuff. Lady at the register was yelling at people. Can understand your stress, but damn. And I had picked up alot of stuff that didnt have prices. Which wasnt a big deal. But when Im told more then once that this isnt suppose to on the shelf, Im done.

Ive been going there for years. They work so hard and do such an awesome job! Always find treasures there. A great place to drop off also for a good cause.

Nice little store. You will know your money is going to a good cause. Things are not expensive and you never know what you will find in there.

Retail shop that supports the Hospice program. Some good deals can be found here, but the selection is sometimes limited due to receiving only donations. You can find household items, general merchandise, wheelchairs, walkers and occasionally you may find an adjustable bed.

Excellent used furniture. Huge sales. Good selection. Organized. Some new items.

My son had a massive stroke on 2/25/16,resulting in complete paralisison left side, He had no health insurance at the time. When he came home,Sharon at hospice attic was wonderful in helping me obtain everything i would need to care for him at home,and at a very reasonable price. Our comunity is very blessed to have this store.

Its more than reasonable there are 2 of them in Lakecity I just bought a nice entertainment center for 14 dollars.

You have too keep checking back but you can find some good stuff for very cheap here.
