Pros, there were many styles and sizes to choose from, and if you stay in the $199 range the price for 3 pair is quite reasonable. However, most (80% or more) in my size range that I would have picked, were in the $299 to $369 family. Not outrageous, but well over what I would have liked to spend.Cons, from my perspective, were the fact that in my size range, very few wide-width styles were displayed/available (literally, like 6 were on the shelf), and the unacceptable way I was treated without cause That said, signs every few feet advised that there were more (styles, sizes...?) available, and to just ask. When I attempted to do so, I found all three of the on duty employees at the front counter, engaged in an animated, but rather personal conversation. Despite my friendly approach and tone, all 3 seemed annoyed that I was even asking for assistance. I mentioned my difficulty in finding 3 pair that fit (I did try on numerous other sizes both smaller and larger looking for a better fit) and said I was looking for -as the signs suggest- the possibility of more wide widths in the storeroom, perhaps. I was cut off twice in a single sentence with replies of no, just whats out there, and we can stretch the shaft if theyre tight on the calf... I took a deep breath, trying once more to be polite in the face of what I considered terribly rude and unacceptable behavior from extensively trained staff and management. Considering they had been open all of 45 minutes by this point I couldnt even excuse their rudeness with the assumptions of them having had a long or difficult day. I began again explaining the difficulty I was having, and suddenly all 3 went to head in opposite directions! At this point I cut my losses and just walked out the door.Overall as long as you can wear a standard width shoes or boot, theyve got a great selection. And it would seem from reading the other reviews here that the staff is USUALLY helpful and attentive, virtually guaranteeing a good experience at this store. I hate that my experience was 100% the opposite. I had been looking forward to the shiny, new boots!

A little pricey especially if you have little ones who want $20 cowboy hats. Also if you have a family bigger than 3. We went and bought 6pairs of boots plus 3 hats.... Lets just say we spent way more than we meant to but my short harley davidson boots are awesome and my kids loved theirs until they outgrew it and the staff are helpful. Also they have purses and purses.

I got a good deal on 4 pairs of boots.. some of the staff was very helpful but the others were alittle overbearing and made me uncomfortable, they stand at the end of the isles and watch you try on boots and follow you around. Some of the boots are way to high priced, thats why you buy 1 pair get 2 free. But if you take your time you can dig up some good deals. No boots in this store under 109.00 that I seen.

The assistant manager Jodi was very unhelpful and rude. I overheard her mocking and trash talking her employees while browsing boots. Otherwise the boot selection is pretty diverse.

Walked out with 4 pairs of boots with a value of over $1200 for $400. Friendly workers except the female manager. She didnt want to honor the coupon that was attached to the boot that was brought to me but she ended up giving it to me. I will go back again. Selection was nice.

Got a pair of boots today...a Lil disappointed tho....I went in the same store the week it opened...they killed it..most popular brands, best rug9d pair of boots or dress boots..lol, u could buy.Go in there today...some desent brands still remain but sad to say just dont feel the workmanship that I did before. I went in with my father and husband, my dad actually promted the visit in the first place, because he was in need of a new pair of work boots. They have a very sweet deal which is a BOGT(or buy 1get 2 free) the staff was friendly-ish as we walked through the door. I somehow got a very weird vibe, almost like the greeting was disingenuous due to the very repditive,scripted undertone. Anyway, as we went about our business, I couldnt quite shake the weird vibes, so I couldnt really get comfortable enough to hang in there long enough to try on anything. So I grabbed the first pair I thought would look remotely like a good fit and headed up to the register. We were quickly rung up and left feeling like we had just been the butt of some kind of joke. The place has a boat load of boots, but they also have an awkward approach in terms of customer satisfaction. I suggest some online shopping rather than an in store visit for this shopping trip.

This place is great! My husband and I went this past week and purchased three boots for the price of one. Mind you, these are real leather boots therefore they are a bit pricey but they are very good quality. You really cant beat the price. I definitely recommend them and will be back to purchase more.

This place is AWESOME! My husband and I have been to a couple of boot stores in our area, but this one was by far the best. Holy moses!! This is the real deal. I honestly cant believe what a bargain this is!! Having seen billboards for 50 miles before I arrived, I expected to just use the bathroom and leave shaking my head because the supposed outlet prices were higher than regular stores. Seems that way at a lot of joints these days. Not the case at all! I found gorgeous boots for around $200 that would be worth far more typically. Not only that, but you get 2 additional pairs for free. Dont hesitate, this is the place to stop.

Defective boots from factory ! But if you buy 3 pair its worth it. They have a boot stretching device to make it fit if needed. .I was told by a local that the boots are seconds. However me and my wife got 3 pair. Nice boots and selection too.

The boot selection was good. I drove 40 minutes to get a pair of work boots for my son who is 7 years old. They do not have childrens work boots. It is more for dress western boots. The prices on the boots are pretty expensive but the fact that you get to free more than makes up for the difference. I wish they had a large selection of work boots though.
