My visit was quick. Too quick. I paid for an eye dilation and didn’t get it, the dr. Took personal calls during my exam, and my lens script is wrong. Run!

HORRIBLE!!! Doctor screwed up my prescription. Rushed me through it .Has this creepy attitude. Lousy frame selection. Secretaries were nice thats it.The eye exam is off of a mirror and the guy does not care to take his time at all. I even tokd him it looks blurry and he could care less. Had an attitude and then rushed me through it like a fast food order. I was warned not to go in there and didnt listen. What a joke. Very awkward too.

I came in here with my family about a week ago. Instead of their older, black, male doctor giving proficient advise to me about my eye care. He decided to ecplain how I appear lazy and unorganized. I didnt come here for a psychological evaluation. I just wanted glasses. They also messed up my prescription. How incompetent can a vision center be? Guess its what you should expect from anything involving walmart and walmart staff. -10stars

Fourth-rate would be an improvement for Walmart vision service. Rude and just plain incompetent. After three attempts for Walmart to get not only comfort, but also the actual prescription right, I threw the glasses in the garbage and went elsewhere. I cant imagine what I was thinking to begin with.

Go someplace else. Your eyes are valuable.
