Purchased my daughter a birthstone ring last March. Its broken in the same place three (3) times. Took it back for the forth time last week. Was told they would replace it after the three time it broke yet theyre trying to repair it again. Definitely will not purchase anything else from them. Its very obvious to me their product is of poor quality. Recommend that you try the other jewelry store in the mall.

Employees are nice. But I sent my ring off to have it replated and cleaned. Took 3 weeks!!! And when I finally got it back it was still yellow. Ive never had this issue before. Its horrible

After purchasing a necklace for over $600 plus (on sale) in February, it broke, like just fell off 7 months later. Because I didn’t choose to get nicked/dimed and pay for there insurance, it will cost 49.50 to repair it. Customer service and quality is not one of their strong suits. Best look for a better Jewelry Store.

I have bought things from them for two years straight, paid cash this year so i had to return item to purchase different item. Now how you dont have cash to return item i just bought less than a week ago and less than $200. I been waiting on a call just to ride 22 miles to get money back.(when they call). If they are scared to keep some cash on hand then they need to close. Crazy cash return policy.
