I please with the equipment I buy but not with the predator way to do service to the clients, like they bill you for any service with out giving you a estimate of service or repairExample : for chang the air value and inflate the tire with water 19 days later received a call telling me I need to pay $286 dollars forA service didnt last more than 1/2 hour.That is considered predatory charges

I wanted to see what they have and display was plenty, very nice up to date machines.

Good people super fast unload time

Being new to the area I was in need of some equipment and had gone to a few other businesses looking for products and met with the same “we can order it” line. Ag-Pro was our final shop before having to travel. Upon arrival I was introduced to a young man named Norman. Now of course they didn’t have exactly what I wanted, however Norman took my info and shortly after contacted me with info on a machine I’d be happy with and the deal was done. At a great price I might add. Since the purchase of my first machine I have only shopped with Norman and the team at Ag-Pro for my business and farm needs. Norman’s dedication to his customer, knowledge and pride in his products makes the experience friendly, easy and time efficient.

Very disappointing customer service. Dont tell someone youll wait for them and when they get there before closing (even two minutes till), you tell them to go away and come back later. I called to let them know my wife would be there and was told by Adam thats fine Ill wait. She got there with two minutes to spare and some guy came out and told her come back the next day. No apology no nothing other than go away. Well, you can bet we wont grace your doorway ever again nor spend our money with you. Well just take our business to Hobo like before.

Worst John Deere dealership in north Florida. Advertised tractor online for wrong prices to get people interested. After contacting them via messages they would read it and never respond. (Chris Hand) Spoke with Logan on the phone and gave me a price. About to take the drive and called again and once again they priced it wrong and top it off didn’t have in stock. Only day off and my whole day was ruined going back and forth this these two uneducated employees. Don’t buy from them. Could only imagine the nightmares I would of had if I actually purchased from them. Waste of time.I would give them no stars if I could.

This Ag-Pro location is great, the people who work there are professional and very helpful. I purchased a new tractor andJohn Deere was awesome they were informed and very respectful no way pushey lets u decide when👍 . My advice would be to go to this location u wont be disappointed. Oh! Service department rocks the owner should be proud

I have checked website multiple times over the last few weeks. When i find one to consider i check with my local Lake City Fl dealer. I am told oh those are all sold out! Always the ones that have the best price!I spoke with the manager at our local fair in Oct. he said come see them for a good deal. No luck so far.I not trying to get unrealistic deal. But what is really available and what is your best price?Why are sold out models with prices not removed from website? This is not one that maybe sold 24 hrs ago. Same ones still on site 2 weeks after being told its sold!The Lake City folks are nice guys and may have no control over website, but they are my local face of Ag Pro.I want to buy a small tractor at a good price. Stop jacking us around and lets do some dealing!Do i go to other Ag Pro dealers or just give up and go to Lazenbys for a Mahindra? Trying to staylocal!Thanks

First visit since they opened in June. Friendly parts guy. Didnt have the part in stock (rarely needed part) but promised it in two days. Cheaper and quicker than I could have ordered it. Five stars for now, well see how it goes from here.

I needed a rotary cutter that was tough and rugged and within my price range let me tell you what these guys really came through with what I needed with my brand new frontier rc2048 by golly. Just got it off the truck getting ready to hook it up here soon not sure if I will use it today but I am very excited to try it out. Compared to what I had this thing right here is a Bentley
