They should have 0 stars! Ive been sitting on side of the road with my daughter and our furr babies waiting for someone to come checkout what is going on with the brakes! First we were told an hour and half, called back now its another 35 mins. All the while wasting gas trying to keep a comfortable temperature in the cabin. DO NOT USE!!! TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND APPARENTLY AN UNRELIABLE FLEET

Over charged me. Also did not have my truck when I needed it. Management at corporate locations are 5 star but home depot employees ruin the penske brand.
