Our car died the night before, in the morning we called and spoke to Viet. He was able to give us a reasonable price quote, we had the car towed there and they took it right in. They diagnosed the problem quickly and kept us informed at every step. They even found another issue that we werent aware of that our previous mechanic missed. All in all, the customer service was great, prices were reasonable, and the turnaround was quick. Will definitely be taking our cars back for service.

Brought my 2006 Mercedes C55 AMG in. It had all sorts of crucial pulleys messed up due to a serpentine belt seizing up and sending burnt rubber into all of them, not to mention the idler pulley bolt snapping, leaving several inches of broken bolt stuck inside my engine. I was convinced the car was dead. Mark, however, gave me a quote and, in a timely manner, was able to somehow get the bolt out, replace my pulleys, and get the car running even better than it was before. As he was taking the engine apart, he let me know that something had gone wrong with my intake manifold and showed me, which he then fixed as well. The price in the end didn’t change from the quote. Both Mark and Kevin are great guys and they know what they’re doing. I’d highly recommend bringing your cars here for diagnosis, maintenance, and repairs.

I needed some major repairs done on my 2009 Dodge Charger, I originally took my car to a well reviewed car shop nearby and was given a quote, after speaking with the 2 owners they changed the quote to an extremely high price. I decided to shop it around since a lot of work needed to be done and I did not feel comfortable with the way these guys changed the pricing at the last minute.I called Mark at Pro Tech and he was very nice and well educated about what needed to be done to fix the problem and gave me a waaaaaaay better quote. He definitely exceeded my expectations and fixed my car in a timely manner.I have since needed a few other things fixed and he has always been great about giving me a fair quote and getting the job done quickly. Anytime I have had a sensor go off or needed a tire checked out he always tells me to bring my car in so he can check it out.They also do oil changes here at a great price, there is a nice little lobby to sit and wait in (even though the wait is never long). I highly recommend Mark and his team, you wont be disappointed. He is honest, friendly, has great customer service, extensive knowledge and awesome pricing.

My husband and I decided to bring our Porsche Cayenne S in to be diagnosed and repaired. Mark, the owner, informed us he would need one week to diagnose and repair. After week one I received no phone call. I called him and was told he needed more time. So week two comes to an end with no phone call. My husband decided to go to the shop to see what progress has been made. Our Porsche was still sitting in front of his shop in the same position we left it in. No work had been done on it to even diagnose at this point. Mark informs my husband he had not had time to look at it because his guys have been sick and he has been working alone. We believed his excuse and kept our car there. Finally week three comes to an end. I call Mark again. He tells me he is unable to diagnose or repair because the computer system is not responding. We need to purchase a new computer system and we need to take it to a Porsche dealer to do the work. He tells me something that could have been told to me on day one! Isn’t plugging the car into the computer system the very first thing you do to see if there are any codes!!?? The next day I went to the shop to pick up my Porsche. Upon arrival I realize my car was never even touched. It was in the same position inside and out as we left it three weeks prior. When I walked into the shop Kevin handed me my keys and said here you go. Not one more word said. I called a tow truck to tow my car to our nearest Porsche dealer. The tow truck driver informed us we are the second car he had to tow to another location this week due to Pro Tech Auto stating they can’t repair the car. Funny thing is the other car was a Chevy Silverado. The tow truck driver also informed us that this procedure happens frequently with Pro Tech Auto. Their tow company picks up numerous cars weekly with the same issue. We are completely unsatisfied with the customer service we received. No phone calls and no communication on Pro Tech Autos behalf. Three weeks is far too long to wait for a diagnosis on a car. If you need immediate assistance in the repair of your car by someone who is reliable, communicative and HONEST then Pro Tech Auto in Lake Elsinore is definitely not the best choice.

I have used Pro Tech Total Auto Repair twice now and I am very pleased with the experience. Mark is so awesome! He got me in right away to fix my Honda CRV that needed a starter the very same day I called him. Hes also very honest and reasonably priced. I am extremely happy with his work! Thank you for such a great experience. I will definetely be using them for all of my car repairs!

ProTech Total Auto Repair has been caring for my vehicles over the past few years.I have always found them to be honest, trustworthy, and hard working. I have gone in for routine stuff like oil changes, and a replacing light bulb, etc. But there have been other things too. The owner explains what they will be doing and the best course of action with my vehicles so that I can understand whats happening. The repairs have been completed in a timely and effective manner. I went to Pro-Tech after another garage in town on Main St. Completely screwed me. Ineed a nw engine, The other garage took my engine out and 2 months later still no new engine. Finally I complained and was told to Get The F off the property and if I want my car back pay 500.00. I paid and got my car back with boxes of random parts in boxes in my trunk. My block was rusted and bent.I found Pro-Tech while I was in Target parking lot. I saw their sign. Grateful theres a nw garage in town. I went in. Told Mark (The Owner) my predicament. He was so kind, understanding and helpful. He didnt talk down to me, and even tho he knew He had me over a barrel he didnt take advantage, in fact he was beyond fair. He kept to the agreed upon price with no surprises.When I got my car back ( less than 2 weeks later ) it was cleaned & Running perfectly. There was a small problem (no fault of Marks the problem was in manufacturing) I came back 2 days later and it was fixed immediately no charge.Since then I come to Mark exclusively, I also brought my sister, my daughter and my sisters daughter.Pro-Tech is the perfect garage for women. They dont try to pull fast ones on you, great you with respect, dont get fresh with you. And give you Fair, honest prices. You cant ask for better.The owner is a family man. Hes good and kind. Youll also get to meet his wife Sara as she stops by sometimes. Shes wonderful too.And Last comment the place is clean. Comfortable although they need a tv to entertain you while you wait lol.
